The stay was excellent - with exceptional service, amenities and hospitality. Location is good if you want to stay away from the city centre. Only one area for improvement is that the main course at the time of dinner could have been better otherwise overall the variety abd taste was good.

We checked in on Saturday There was a large wedding on Monday or Tuesday Preparations had started on Saturday itself Wedding organizing and decorating staff was there since Saturday Most open spaces were taken up for preparation of the wedding More than hotel guests and hotel staff, there were wedding organizers and other labor roaming around in the property Sunday early morning they had completely taken up all the space around the swimming pool for an event which was to happen that afternoon We could not use the swimming pool with so many laborers working around the pool Similar problem all the non wedding guests faced, many families who came down ready with all preparation to swim had to go back disappointed The hotel should not entertain guests like us if they are going to dedicate the hotel for a wedding Or at least they should let us know that this will be the case, so that we have the freedom to decide if we want to stay at their hotel with all these compromise. At the time of checkout, my dad asked them for a feedback form. They very bluntly replied you will get it online after you go. One senior manager, one receptionist and one manager who was there to welcome guests, looked at each other and started giggling and continued with whatever they were doing. My dad clearly wanted to talk to them about his concerns, he was right in front of them, they were least bothered. I had to step in and ask them if they were not interested in listening to him right then and there and if 2 days later writing it over email would be better. We had two rooms. The rooms were good no doubt, but other than that it did not feel like a luxury stay at all. Have stayed at ITC and Taj several times before. This was the first time at Leela. They need to learn to smile as well.

The food was good however the desert quality was just above average. The pool was clean with a mountain view. It has an option of a jacuzzi. Checkin and checkout was hassle free. Polite and attentive staff, especially the ones in the restaurant.

We stayed as a family at the Leela Palace and found that the entire experience was delightful! The service was absolutely top notch whether it was being served at breakfast or the lunch. We had excellent service all over. Special mentioned has to be made to our server Rohit who took really good care of us. Even the rooms, the turndown service as well as the overall Housekeeping was absolutely phenomenal. We were traveling with two toddlers and they took care of all our needs whether it was Medical or Special food. They even went above and beyond right from the FNB manager to the GM of the hotel took a personal interest in our experience.

As a mother of two toddlers, I have to say that I experience at the Leela Palace Jaipur was nothing short of spectacular! They took care of all special needs of my children! Served us our main course, even at the bar upon special request, and even gave us an extended checkout to accommodate our son who was not well! Even the doctor on call came and gave us special attention!

I booked mountain side view balcony but they gave us garden side view which was really disappointed rest all over the experience was Good
