Good things first: Room service is good, staff is friendly, and I got a complimentary drop to the airport as promised. Now - they made me change my room twice. Once because they gave me the wrong room, and they had to give me an upgraded one. Two, the AC tripped.

Absolutely horrible stay. Staff too rude and completely unprofessional. The food was bad, rooms were dirty, and the whole place felt mismanaged. No hospitality, no maintenance, and definitely no value for money. Would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The bathroom fittings need an upgrade, and the restaurant played music that was uncomfortably loud. The food was disappointing as well. This place has a banquet as well and they were playing very loud dj and loudspeaker ever after 10 pm. I requested them multiple times but they said their GM is also attending the function so can’t help. Food order was also delayed and rumali roti was pathetic. Also this hotel is ride next to the main road so entire night you would have noise irritation

The hotel premises was good but overall roomaintainance was very bad. We were not even provided complimentary bathroom accessories ( toothpastes and brush) Room service calls were not recieved in early morning hours ( 6.00am) . The products provided in room were expired ( sugar sachet, milk powder).

Service was very poor no one was there to guide where is room or which way to go.. and they offer complementary one way airport drop service but when you ask for it they give excuses ... worst experience.. money wasted .. and as compared to price they don’t even provide helping hand to take your luggage to your room .. this hotel is not for job or business professionals.
