Room was not clean and they don’t clean the room every day .. floors & kettle was dirty, they didn’t provide any toiletry items .. behaviour of front desk staff was not good .. they don’t speak or understand English ..

The location was excellent right in the center of Delhi greater Kailash , with everything within easy walking distance. The area felt safe and clean, which made moving around very convenient. The stay itself was comfortable, and what really stood out was the hospitality. Mr.Pravesh and sandeep were incredibly helpful throughout my time there. They went out of their way to assist with even the small details, like collecting food deliveries, and were always quick to respond whenever I had a request. Their attentiveness made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated their friendly and reliable support. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Delhi, especially for the great location and the excellent service from the team.

location is good but rooms are not clean cockroaches we're there near bedside tables moreover kettle was not working for coffee. bathrooms clean also not top notch

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times, but unfortunately, the quality has been declining with each visit. This recent stay was by far the worst, and I will not be returning. The washroom had a constant foul smell, likely due to a nearby shaft, and the hotel management seemed completely indifferent to addressing the issue. The bed was infested with termites, which made it impossible for my wife and me to get a proper night's sleep. In the morning, we even spotted three termites—clear evidence of the hotel's negligence in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness.

Such a bad experience, please don't book this room. Seriously, the hygienic condition is extremely bad cockroaches. You can find it all around the room and especially in the water. I believe it's a space for cockroaches and toilet are dirty. I just stayed in the room because I paid the entire amount and there is no option for me considering that and I had like my office appointment just next to the office. Seriously please don't book this room. This is completely pathetic. I'm attaching the images. There is no dark. There is no lock for bathrooms. I just tied a rope and I stayed with it multiple complaints with MakeMyTrip about this. Don't book. Don't book. Don't book.

We have booked hotel for 3 day and had three worst days of our life every single day we have worst experiences and a place which is not worthy as per there prize they are tooo expensive and their service was also the worst and unacceptable.......Day one we booked for balcony room and there is nothing like that and they have only two balcony rooms or until you will not it....Day second we also added the breakfeat unhealthy and tastless food they served in our also which was acceptable or eatable...Day three we were at clubbing and then we came to our room and we tried to enter in room there door lock stuck and we had waited outside the room 1 hr until the caretaker found another key to open the door such a bad experiences we had...... and last and the part of their is there was having so much bed bugs and so unhygienic didn't compensate for anything and such a bad experience
