The room was very neat, provided toiletries and basic amenities like kettle, teabags, sugar (thought they forgot to keep milk powder, water bottes, towel etc. But it was quite difficult to find the place as i was new to that place, go-ogle map will take you to all the places, but here. Seems they leased it from “sri udupi park”, try to locate “sri udupi park” go-ogle map could understand better.

The The Liverpool Hotels Marathahalli Outer Ring Road and amenities are good. The reason i gave a 4 star instead of 5 is that the breakfast served was cold and it took time to get fresh cooked breakfast. Also, there was not hot water supply in the room along with the shower not working properly.

Hotel is good. As per their policy they are cleaning once in a three days. Food is ok. In our room tv not working. Bell of the room is not working. They did not repair both in our stay of 4 days. Staff is very polite and helpful.

The state was really comfortable the people the service, every thing seems to be top notch. Rooms are pretty good. They maintain the cleanliness. The staff is very courteous. Overall amazing experience. That’s all

Drainage pipe in front of the The Liverpool Hotels Marathahalli Outer Ring Road had water overflowing to the entire entrance area emanating fowl smell. That was one negative thing

The location and building is awesome. Breakfast is extremely great in taste and there are lot of items they offer in breakfast. Services are good but bit slow. Should use better wifi😉
