The Loft Hotel

Location- The Loft Hotel is located in the middle of the city(mall road) and is very much accessible. Darjeeling station is at walking distance. Market and all the good restaurants are nearby. The only problem is parking. If you are on rented vehicle you have to face problem. And for private vehicle they charge rs400- for parking somewhere away from the The Loft Hotel. Food- the breakfast spread is good and is upto the mark for all type of taste buds from local to regional like north indian and south indian. Ala-karte menu also has variety of food options available and the taste of food was nice. Rooms- rooms were neat and clean though bit congested. In bathroom toilet seat was broken and was not repaired even after complaining 2-3 times. But all this was complemented by view from the room as view from the room was awesome. Service- restaurant service is good but room service is slow and sometimes they also don't respond to room service request. Overall- overall The Loft Hotel is excellent, located in accessible location in the middle of the city and we'll maintained and has a good indoor garden in 3rd floor. Checkin: smooth and quick. Didn’t need to call and inform prior to checkin luggage: full assistance provided and luggage transported on trolley to the room welcome drink: lemonade room: i had booked a club room which was as shown in pictures. Was quiet spacious with sofa set placed at entrance area. Cleanliness: rooms and bathrooms very clean accessories: kettle tea/coffee sachets bottled water, dental kit, soap shampoo conditioner and msituriser cons: only shower without a shower cap made it a bit uncomfortable breakfast: buffet spread was decent. Staff helped with all requests. Fruits weren’t good. Bakery items were worst. Rest of the fresh hot spread was good

We were given a room on the fourth floor. It was a large room with a window along one wall facing the street allowing plenty of light in. There were closets for storage, and a good size bathroom with everything functioning. The ac also overworked well without creating a racket. Coming to the food, the breakfast was somewhat limited but of good quality. We had dinner at the in-house restaurant which was also a pleasant experience. All the staff we interacted with were polite and helpful. Overall it was a nice experience and and the loft The Loft Hotel exceeded our expectations.

4 n stay in july 2022 in the The Loft Hotel was good enough. Clean beds and washrooms available. Food quality is good enough though a bit costlier than other comparable locations. Stayed here earlier too but this time faced some glitches in the maintenance front. Lift went out of order and remained non-functional for 2 days. Had to access my room on the 4th floor through the stairs which was quite tiring. Management should think about setting up alternative lift, particularly when the The Loft Hotel has rooms up to the 5th floor.

spending a week at the property, what I have accumulated about the The Loft Hotel is the location, it's located in the center of Siliguri, so as a guest it's very convenient for me to move around the city but for me what makes the The Loft Hotel special is not down to glitz, glamour or location, my favorite The Loft Hotels are the ones that have outstanding customer service. so over all the experience is decent, few staffs needs some lessons from the qualified expert in the area of PR. over all i enjoyed my stay. A very good The Loft Hotel to stay in siliguri while transiting or holidaying in the region. The rooms are amazing and kept very clean and tidy, specially a great feat even during the summer months. The front desk staff are very humble and welcoming as well as kitchen staff, specially shantanu who recommended us some outstanding food to try from the restaurant. Thank you everyone. We are repeat visitors to this The Loft Hotel and would certainly stay again when in siliguri.

I stayed in a twin bed room on top floor for one night on 19th august 2022. Check in done in few minutes, quick service, tast food in dinner as well as buffet breakfast at their saffron restaurant with sufficient variety. Location is on main road, so find it easily, parking space is enough but they don't have any accomodation facility for the driver like i found in many other The Loft Hotels in same range. Cleanliness is maintained. Room is spacious. Overall value for money

This was my second stay at this The Loft Hotel. This The Loft Hotel is very well located on the main road with good travel connection to markets. Very good support staff, excellent food quality. Rooms are also very good, clean. Although they have cut down on the bathroom amenities.

The The Loft Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff are very cordial and helpful. Food quality is good. The area has good connectivity and free from the hue and cry of the main area. A pleasant stay for me.

Location of the The Loft Hotel is excellent. Rooms are very good. Food quality is excellent & the behaviour of the support guys are too good. I would definitely recommend this The Loft Hotel any time.

I used it as a transit stay however the staffs were very helpful and courteous which helped me to get a vehicle on the early hours for a drop.

Located at pradhan nagar, nivedita road a few kilometers from new jalphaiguri junction as well as bagdogra airport. Clean bathrooms, nicely decorated rooms. Try their restaurant saffron, good food at good price. Staff are very well mannered. Room service is excellent. Price is also very competitive compared to others. Will definitely recommend to others.

One of the best The Loft Hotel in Siliguri. Staff were amazing specially house keeping staff and Pritam from Restaurant.They provide good buffet breakfast too. I really liked the taste of upma and Lassi. We will surely visit again ☺️
