The Loft Hotel

I recently stayed here and had an overall amazing experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and truly value for money. However, my first impression was unfortunately not as pleasant due to an encounter with a front desk attendant. She seemed inexperienced and handled my request—which I later understood was against The Loft Hotel policy—in an unnecessarily rude manner. While I understand that policies must be followed, there are always ways to communicate a "no" politely and professionally, especially in the hospitality industry. Being a business person myself, I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect a certain level of courtesy from staff at an otherwise excellent The Loft Hotel. Even after the issue was resolved and I extended my stay for an additional day, her demeanor remained unwelcoming, which made me uncomfortable. Despite this, the rest of the staff were courteous, and the overall service was commendable. I truly hope the management provides proper training to front desk staff to ensure a more consistent guest experience. Apart from this, I would definitely recommend The loft for its quality rooms and great facilities.

My overall experience at the loft The Loft Hotel, siliguri was good. The location was okay, not the best but manageable. The service needs improvement, as certain aspects could have been more efficient and prompt. However, the food quality was outstanding! i had the most delicious curd rice i’ve ever had, which truly stood out. Overall, i would rate my stay 3 out of 5. With some service improvements, this place could be even better.

Situated at the heart of the city. Food is cxcellent quality. Amenities are good . Services need to be improved. Behaviour of the staffs are too good . But breakfast should be improved a lot . Should have more items.this is our third time in this The Loft Hotel . Will check in again

Very good The Loft Hotel and excellent staff service,good food,very neat and clean premises and room,They even allowed us to wait in their waiting lounge after our checkout as our bus to our destination was 3 hours after checkout time. Thankyou Team The Loft ❤️

The location of the The Loft Hotel is a little interior. The amenities at the The Loft Hotel are pretty much basic and could have been improved.. The food and taste also is not extraordinary, but sufficient. The staff is cordial and helping.

This is one of the most value for money The Loft Hotel in siliguri. Loft provides clean, comfortable stay and i recommend it highly for families. The food here is delicious and reasonable priced. We loved our stay here.

Great location nice clean rooms. Food quality is good and comparatively cheaper. Noise insulation in the room is not upto the mark. Breakfast spread is somewhat limited. Service is top notch.
