It was on business trip we have stay at Lotus Apartments with our Team it was an fantastic stay with quiet atmosphere

Hotel stay was good but experience with management was terrible in the group bookings. Flatly refused to provide entry/exit date of guests to claim accomodation in lieu of absent dates. Rude talk by management.

Shop, towal, Hand was shop not available in wash room

Well located in the city. Food was good.

staff were very cooperative. Nice people

Rooms are good in size, decent breakfast, cooperative front desk and good room service. only drawback is cigarette smoke in non-smoking room.

Overall the stay was comfortable and affordable, room wise it's above average, but wifi connectivity was low and not up to the mark. Breakfast was good and hygienic, having lots of options to opt for. Only concern is the inhouse restaurant for lunch and dinner is not available here. One has to order and get down to receive it from the reception area. If this is started it will be more value for money

The room service is pathetic. They don’t provide reception number they don’t provide room service they provide nothing the extra bed is on the ground

Average experience. Not recommended this hotel to anyone. The receptionist's approach was unprofessional and vague.

Service issue compared to my previous stays it was not much greater this time i asked for an extra towel they are conforming 2 times to give that

Location, good, amenities, average, rooms, cleanliness, bath etc, good, coffee shop only for breakfast, average, the quality, spread, and taste need improvement, no lunch or dinner possible or available. However for the price you get value.

Good location, clean rooms, prompt service. Breakfast is decent. Staff was not very proactive but once told, they were promptly giving service. Don't have all the kits shaving, dental etc kept unless you ask them. No slippers.

Used only accommodation, not food. It was cyclone day. They have good service. Place close to tnagar.

Poorly maintained. Bathroom was kept very untidy. Was not worth the price. Breakfast was very average. Lacks hygiene. It’s safe and staff treat you good

Property interier is not as expected in this cost, lighting was irritating, there were no window for fresh air. Gym was too dusty, unavle to stay a minute after visiting gym.

It’s clean and neat, good food. The location very good. They can give little more check out time margin and charge minimum percentage
