I think they have two sets of room one for traveller's through mm t etc. And other better set of rooms for direct booking. This we realised when the room was changed mid course. Initially allotted room had issues like water dripping from ac, unclean bed linen, floor tiles and lighting but the new room allotted looked very clean, better ambience. Mm t advised to check these aspects.

Apartment is good, Breakfast is good. Overall service needs to be improved. Small things matter: Refilling Mineral water bottles, Milk Powder, Teabags, Keeping Steel spoon I/o plastic stirrer. I rather prefer to stay at lotus than the five star.

Easy findable location, near tomain road and yet not a busy Location. Ame ities are mind blowing with good cleanliness. Breakfast was awesome with variety of dishes which are not junk and good for health
