The The Lotus Apartment Hotels - Venkatraman street is located centrally in a quiet area and very close to panagal park which a great place for shopping. You can actually walk around to many of the places. The rooms are clean and staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast spread is really good with variety of options. The food is great and the staff go out of their way to assist you. This is my third stay and personally i’m very happy.

This is the second time that i’m staying at this The Lotus Apartment Hotels - Venkatraman street. Had an awesome experience the last time and that’s why i chose this property again. The staff are friendly, rooms are maintained well, a huge buffet spread for breakfast, very good in-house restaurant and great food. Will definitely stay here again on my future trips. The location is great and i would highly recommend this property.

I had booked 10 rooms at the The Lotus Apartment Hotels - Venkatraman street for guests to my parent's 60th wedding ceremony at PRCC, 200 m from the The Lotus Apartment Hotels - Venkatraman street. I only had to send in requirements by email and they took care of the guests amazingly well. Everyone appreciated the hospitality and the quality of rooms. Would book there again. Thanks, Athul.

Suit rooms have a large drawing room which is extremely useful for family gatherings (staying elsewhere in the premises) breakfast and dinner buffet spread is quite right and would be welcome by many. Good service and rooms are very clean. Over night parking is available and the location is central to many needs. Pigeon menace could be reduced with external nets.

Stay was good. Cost food is little high. Though high rates are charged the quality is to the satisfaction. On sun-day 01-5-22 night we had our dinner in the restaurant. Cold chatny was given for idly, which was prepared in the morning. The food was given after waiting 30 minutes, that too chilled. Since we aged and not able walk we had to have food.

It was quite time taken to find the property, but the location was amazing. I felt very secure and safe while staying in the property. The caretaker was very helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. The outside view from room was very nice. The property was in a very calm and peaceful location. I got every basic and needed facility.

It would be helpful if hand railing is provided at the entrance for old persons like me. Food in the restaurant is awesome. Done.

It was a good stay. Location was convenient, shopping areas wee nearby. I have not seen any security guard and feel average security there. Staff was very nice. We were waiting approx 2 hours for the room, as it was not ready. After that everything was good. No issue was there, I will recommend it to others.

Easily accessible location and hygienic and freshly prepared food

The location was easily accessible. Room was little bit small. I had faced The issue of parking, there was no space to Park The car. I will recommend this property for a short stay of two or three days.

It is amazing breakfast with South indian delicacies. Additional items like fruit salads make this breakfast more nutritious.

Well maintained and good staff. Only issue was with the shower overall would rate 4/5.

Lotus is centrally located and is a quiet, comfortable little place with shopping and eating places within walking distance. It was ideal for a solo traveler looking to get some 'me' time.

With water scarcity in Chennai, Lotus is doing good job. Toilet water however was not clear. We got rusty water. Hotel said, ongoing maintenance. Did not See any maintenance workers, so my guess it they are getting contaminated water. No smell though. Bathroom fitting leaking

We have booked this The Lotus Apartment Hotels - Venkatraman street through makemytrip for my family for a short trip to chennai. Rooms and house keeping is too good. Need minor repairs in some areas otherwise, it is a good homely stay with good quality food from in-house kitchen.

Our family second long stay at lotus in 2022. Very warm, friendly and helpful staff, rooms are well maintained, excellent homely food, and location is in heart of city, yet on side road. High level of safety for women and single travelers. Best wishes to team. Bathroom maintenance needs improvement.
