Exotica - the sea view resort is the best resort in diveagar. With such minimum resources in the village, exotica has done a wonderful job at achieving perfection and professionalism. The amenities given by the resort were truly amazing and we, as a family had a great time. The food as well as the staff was up to the mark. Mr sanjay was very cooperative. Loved the location, aesthetics and the ambience. I surely recommend the place to all families and friends.

Room had issues with tv. Tv was not working amd they could not fox it. Bathroom of machan rooms does not have separate doors so if person is using bathroom then the wordrobe/changong room also gets locked. Samll issues with latches and locks. Food, hygiene, location and safety standards are good.

It was really good experience and the staff were very helpful, an unforeseen circumstance happened where my car was stuck, they helped me remove the car. Stay, food, ambience all good. Lush green fields.
