THE MADRAS GRAND

Travel from bangalore by vandebharat train to chennai on 10th march was lovely. Facilitated by makemytrip. On reaching chennai it was pretty much easy to reach our THE MADRAS GRAND madras grand as all the cab apps could easily accept the booking for ride. Madras grand was located in calm and quite location. We were received as soon as alighting from the cab by assistant and taken to the well kept reception and formalities were completed in a jiffy. The double deluxe room was quite clean with all the assured facilities. The restaurant facilities in the THE MADRAS GRAND was pretty good and reasonable prices for the delicacies. Management was very courteous and helpful with suggestions. Thanks for the efficient organizational ability of makemytrip.

Hotel madras grand, egmore is an excellent space for families to stay whether for a short duration or long one. We had a smooth checkin process with an upgraded experiences in their service apartment. Interiors are tastefully done, stay and amenities are on oar with 4 stars and most important is the service staff who are not just courteous but go the extra mile to make the guest feel comfortable. We also had a meal using their room service which was also great. The place is elderly friendly and hosts some very authentic hospitality personnel. Mr kamal raj the THE MADRAS GRAND contact person for us went out of his way to accommodate our late check in and check out timings. Overall highly recommended stay

This was my first stay at the madras grand, wonderful place the staff were excellent helpful, overall would rate this place as an excellent, clean and hygienic property. Some improvement on the food breakfast would be welcome. I will love to stay at this place each time i visit chennai. My good wishes to the staff.

The stay for one night was good. But the rooms we booked did not have any window. So was a bit claustrophobic. Also one room was reeking of cigarette smoke. But the staff was courteous enough to change our room. Otherwise the rooms were excellent and amenities were good

The location of the THE MADRAS GRAND is very close to all the places which is very comfortable for my stay. The staffs behaviour is very good and polite. You are allowing outside food which is advantageous for us when we have checked in at odd hours.

Very and newly done up rooms, excellent service, very polite and helpful staff, i would rate 10/10 for cleanliness, ideal location.

Restaurant food was average. They should improve quality of Vada and Idly. Veg soup was 😞😞 .. Room service is very slow. Car parking very small. overall little bit expensive.

We stayed for a night. It was a pleasant stay. Sparkling clean. We did not try food. The staff interaction was good. We had a complimentary snack and drink.

The stay was clean and comfortable. But the locality were the THE MADRAS GRAND was situated was bad and not worth paying so much for. Overall a nice experience.

The room is clean and the staff are polite. And they give us 3 hours hour-extended checkout. Near to egmore railway station. Good stay
