The Magpie Kasauli

First of all i have booked 2 room but while processed its automatically booked 3 room and reached at hotel on the pathetic road. After that found that room are non-ac and same not mentioned in application. Food was not good and service also poor. Overall very bad experience from make my trip application and also from hotel.

It was a pleasant stay. Nice staff and good behaviour. Though it's a bit far from main kasauli. Homestay

the food was tasty, the view from the balcony was mesmerizing. Ankush (the host) is a person who can go that extra mile for his guests. Truly a praise worthy person. Amit (caretaker) is the jack of all trades and served us really well. Overall, the experience was great 👍

The hotel denied check-in. Since, it was a peak season, we couldn’t find another hotel. They gave us other options which were terrible. We have raised complaint to mmt, still got no response

Good trip, at the last movement we finalised this … but we made more existing and enjoyable , loacation was too awesome

My booking in the hotel was inclusive of breakfast but after checking in i was informed that we were the only guests in the hotel. As a result they didn't offer any buffet breakfast, instead they just gave us 1 pararha and 1 cup of tea bought from a nearby dhaba. Pathetic service to say the least. I would want a refund of my payment from mmt for listing such poor quality hotels.

Rooms are good, staff is cooperative, good property for budget stay

Staff were courteous and really helpful. Food is the what we liked the most, served fresh and warm though we were bit late to order(10 pm. Location is slightly far from market, but it was nice and quiet.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Polite staff, neat and clean rooms, peaceful area. All over experience is good.

Although the property location seems bit away caused bad road but for the nature lovers who love to find peace & natural beauty shall visit there.

Very nice and quiet place. Super green. Food is really good. Ayush ar front desk is very helpful.

it was really wonderful expeience just felt like home . staff was really cooperative . property was very neat and clean . most important food was really ausum it was actually cherry on the top . so i highly recommend this home stay 👍🏻
