The Majestic Crown

We were 2 families. Everything was very good. Except food at a restaurant and in the morning there was no hot water. Even after continuously follow up of 1 and half hour. We didn't got hot water. Staff told that there is some issue. They are sorting it. Plus points are: Location is perfect. Staff was polite. Walking distance to chocolate factory. We got spices and chocolate at a very cheap rate. 1.5km from Ooty lake. 2 km from botanic garden. 2km from railway station. Room was quite big. Bedding was clean. Room service was good. Overall it was a good stay. I would recommend it for family travellers.

Check in time is fixed as 12pm and check out time is fixed as 12pm. We are unaware of this. For early check-in, rs. 600- to be paid and for late. Check out rs. 600- need to paid. So plan your journey accordingly. Food we ate is good and we didn't feel any stomach upset. We enjoyed the stay here. We came by bus to ooty. So have spent a lot for auto. Auto charge is rs. 80- from bus stand to The Majestic Crown. We hired auto while walking along the road. This The Majestic Crown is somewhat far from all the tourist spots.

Everything regarding The Majestic Crown stay was wonderful. Included breakfast was very good. Service was prompt and efficient. Special mentioned mr prabhu and mr sad-dam for their attitude towards providing prompt and efficient service and for giving immediate positive feed back for anything required or asked for. Fully satisfied with The Majestic Crown and restaurant, income back to ootyagain we will prefer to stay in same The Majestic Crown again. Thanks for everything.

Ok. Room was big enough for four persons, breakfast and dinner with room in affordable price. Good food. Its a good room for two small family or famil with 4 adults and 2child. Spacious room and got additional blankets. Hot water is available in bathroom. Anyway pleasant stay. Didnt see any lifts, thats the only fault because its difficult for those who have knee prblms and for older people

The first good thing is this The Majestic Crown allowed us to check in by 9:30 without any extra money (unlike other The Majestic Crowns. The second good thing we noticed is the cleanliness of the lobby area as well as the rooms. Third good thing was panaromic view from our balcony and lastly the friendly behaviour of the staffs. Overall pure value for your money.

Had a great experience with the majestic crown The Majestic Crown. Its on the main road. The elevation is superb. Its got a lovely reception area with well decorated sofas, very spacious and courteous staff. The room was very well made. Pretty spacious, and with a good view. Buffet was good with different variety. It was for rs 400. Over all very nice experience

Extra bed provision also present. Wash room also neat and hot water available. Good housekeeping. We had a pleasant stay. Make my trip app helped a lot in booking rooms and cabs.

This is a no frills The Majestic Crown with good rooms, bed was comfortable with clean bedding and blanket. The complementary breakfast was good. Though The parking was bit inadequate they made some alternative arrangement. I was not briefed about any pool, spa, gym etc tv channels at room were limited to free channels only.

Excellent service best facility

Location of the property is great. Not much of views but well connected. Breakfast could be made better if it was buffet. Over all above par stay.

Rooms are hygienic room boys friendly food given good all are very g ood near to buss-top near all tourist places

Stay was good including the breakfast, room were bit small in size. There were few hickups during the stay like hot water stopped in between, bathroom light stopped working - this was solved after compliant. Overall ok

The place is away from all market and local sight. Every time you have to pay 100- to auto to go to the central places. Service is very slow. Some how i was having a negative vive in the clace.
