Hotel first refused admission as no correspondence from you with them. Rooms as booking not allotted. I want to talk with your representative. I had booking for two rooms with all facilities. But i was provided with a flat with a flat with minimum facilities. I had paid you higher amount during booking, but i was made to stay in a low rate rooms. I am seriously thinking of taking makemytrip to court and narrate the whole episode in social media. I will never refer you to anyone and i will dissuade others to book hotels through you.

The hotel room is not worth the tariff. Very poor maintenance and cockroaches on the bed and room. Very sad thing makemytrip has not shared booking details to the hotel.
