Super rude staff. Congested property. Not so friendly people running it. Food was average. Not enough staff.

Everything was good, location etc but need some improvement like there is no place for drivers to stay. In this location everyone comes with driver but there is no such place.

For deluxe room the space is very minimal. Water supply was poor and washroom fittings weren’t working. Its okay for non-family as they can adjust it. Second shortcoming is its distance as it quiet away from srinagar downtown as one need to travel 8-10kms to reach any place like dal lake, railway station or bus stand

Rooms were not clean, and also I think the bedsheets I booked it for my parents, but the bedsheet were not clean. No towels were given.

Over all ok but need some more hygienic and cleanness. Bed was not cleaned as per standard. Use old bed sheets and pillows covers as well. Found hairs on pillow and bed sheets.

The stay was comfortable and the staff was well behaved. The location is nearby the airport too.

Hotel staff was extremely careless. We had our early morning flight and there was no one who could help us with check out. Moreover gates were locked and there was no one to be contacted. Over calls- no one was responding. We got stuck at the hotel and nearly skipped the flight. Extremely poor attitude from staff.

Hotel is nearby airport. Looks new property so we found room and bathroom is very much clean. The staff was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Recommend for the traveler for staying nearby airport.

The staff were very good and food is amazing. Rooms are clean and all facilities are proper. We booked a family suite and it was good enough for four people. Highly recommended.

Properties room were not appropriate and also rooms were stinky. Bedsheets and blankets were not clean at all.
