The rooms are excellent. The hotel staff are extremely courteous and helpful. The location is wonderful. The food is excellent. The breakfast spread is really good. Next time in Jorhat this is the only place I would stay in.

Food, Location was good. However, the staff lacked complete professionalism. I had an issue with Check-in and they made me stand for almost an hour and I had to resolve the issue by myself. Again during checkout, they had charged me only a partial amount and after I had reached the airport, I started getting calls asking me to pay the remaining since they missed to charge me those.

I beleive its the best in terms of room and ambience and the breakfast area was really amazing . I highly recommend The Manor if you have a a trip to Jorhat . The staffs are pretty nice.

Very disappointing stay. They don’t allow couples. Also rooms are very dirty and old. Please don’t book this hotel.

Property is excellent with all modern amenities. Food is brilliant and must have a great chef. But the best part is the staff. The restaurant staff provide smart recommendations for meals. The breakfast staff are very helpful. The housekeeping staff are very prompt and responsive. The reception staff are very accomodative and helpful.
