I found this The Manor Bareilly By Leisure Hotels via makemytrip. My stay was amazing, the staff is absolutely helpful and quick service is their strength i believe. Mine was a family stay with a toddlers so during the checkout we were running late and we requested for a late checkout. They checked and immediately confirmed that we can take our time. About the breakfast- super delicious and no limitation of variety. We were so happy. Thanks everyone

If you get The room on The Side where they have installed The generator, then you need to have sleeping pills, because of The vibrations, you can not sleep. I got The same, but because of Diwali festival, The occupancy was not very high, hence I got another room. With higher grade. The staff is helpful and polite.

Only issue i faced was during check in even after prior request for early check in i was denied initially but later they arranged and prepared me a room. Stayed for 2 nights in a junior suite. Very prompt service which i wasn't expecting. The food was the best part - good to taste and just enough in terms of dish size - both breakfast and room service. A wide variety to choose from, in the room service menu. Will book again on my next visit to the city.

Stayed for two days for business visit. Overall a good experience however someone has to review fe things. Honey was not available when i asked, even the team couldn't arrange the second day also. Also, no body was responding on housekeeping nos. I have to call to reception for the same.
