This was the first time that I was traveling to Kashipur with another female colleague on a business trip- hence we were completely dependent on Google for our stay. We zeroed down to The Manor after a quick scroll through of all properties in and around. The The Manor Kashipur By Leisure Hotels | 5 Minutes drive from IIM Kashipur looked lavish and perfect in the photos- don't just go by it since those are pictures clicked by professional photographer. The highest category superior rooms in the property were well within our budgets, so we went for it. However we didn't see any difference between the deluxe and superior rooms except the size. In many ways, infact, the deluxe rooms were better then superior. I found the front office staff, specially Abhinav to be proactive and cooperative in resolving our complaints. There's much much scope of improvement in the food served in restaurant though. We also visited other properties in Kashipur, only to realize that The Manor is the best, most reliable and safest option that you can get in this quaint Kashipur town. I hope they'd improve upon the points that mentioned to them to improve overall customer experience.

The staff was very helpful. I was on a vacation with my family. I reached the The Manor Kashipur By Leisure Hotels | 5 Minutes drive from IIM Kashipur very late around 10 pm. By the time the restaurant was closed but they managed to provide me some sandwiches.

The stay is at kashipur, and it takes approx 40-45 mins to reach jim corbett, you can find many things to eat in the local market, so the location is good. If i could, i’d give one extra star for the polite and wonderful staff here.
