The Maple Leaf

i had a great stay .the place is located a stone throw from the lake . the food was sumptuous and the hospitality that was dished out was 5 star . right from being picked up from the airport to being shown around the transportation arrangement was superb . our driver farooq made sure we explored the city and never rushed us. there are a number of walks which one can enjoy . moreover we felt safe and secure at suhails place . it was a home away from home for us and i would recommend this place to everyone .

Best location.. Very next to Tulip garden and Dal lake.. Comfortable homely atmosphere.. We had sumptuous breakfast every morning at a very reasonable price.. Hose help Mr Shabir is excellent in his work and very polite and efficient.. Owner of the property Mr Shoaib is a wonderful, down to earth person.. Very practical in his approach.. I will prefer staying in this property again.. Location... Perfect to enjoy tulip garden and Dal lake Breakfast was sumptuous and reasonably priced. Facilities are basic but sufficient for the comfortable stay.. Again it has value for money. I will stay again whenever in Srinagar..

our stay at Maple leaf was excellent.....the location amenities and services were excellent....the staff was very helpful and most importantly Suhail was a great host ...he helped us in every possible way....may be it with amenities or with local guidance to our itinerary and all petty things....I'll definitely would like to come back over here in my next visit.....and recommend u all too to stay here......Thnx

This property i found on makemytrip aap thier i book room for 1 day . Room are very nice nd clean nd thier staff also good in morning they give heavy breakfast really i like room nd staff 😊

We had a fantastic stay here. The property is spread out with two gardens each with its own character. The rooms are spacious and clean. The lake is a stones throw away and there are a number of beautiful walks. Perfectly located with all amenities this place is a must stay.

No power no heater

It was excellent stay. It is just opposite to dal lake with nice view. House vibe is awesome.

I am writing this review to let viewers know what happened after booking. I had booked rooms for 4 days and it was accepted by the owner. On the last day (full refund on cancellation) i got a call that the room is unavailable and the owner sent me the pics of alternate properly named heritage rose inn. Since i had no option rather than accepting and the alternate properly also looked good. While i arrived at srinagar i was made to check in to another hotel named riviera which was an ordinary one. While the reason for cancel-ling the original hotel maple leaf was for family marriage which seemed fine but showing alternate property and finally provider with 3rd property was just breach of trust. Point is when we book hotel spending so much for family convinience, isn't our right to be provided with similar hotel with good ambience and facility if the owner cancel it. Secondly, the hotel riviera i checked in had 2500 per day price without meal and 3500 with meal. However i paid separately for fooding. Whereas i had paid 3500- per day for hotel maple leaf. I'll suggest all to book hotels which don't cancel your booking at the last moment and provide with alternate hotels as per their convinience without your consent.
