If you prefer to stay near Airport, this is good place. The host was good. Got all that was committed. Room was neat and tidy. Enough light and washroom had a silent exhaust that ensures that room has no stale air. I was not aware of the Airport drop facility. When I asked reception to check for arrangements, she told it was free as I had booked on Makemytrip Trip. as it is on the main road, other shops are nearby, like bakeries, fruits and sweet shops. They had restaurant however I count not try their food. Overall nice THE MARS CHENNAI and value to money.

The rooms are very untidy, the soap dispenser is empty and upon asking to change it, they go to a variety store to buy you a medimix soap, no toothbrush, and other amenities. There is hardly anyone in reception and none of the room intercom is working so basically come to the reception wait there for hours for someone to show up. And the most irritating part they can't help you at all, the bathroom weirdly gets jammed. For airport drop they book you an non ac o la cab with 0 safety and precautions. Please never book this THE MARS CHENNAI

It was a great THE MARS CHENNAI if u have to stay they will provide everything but the room i entered was having some tap issue but when i called the staff they came and just repaired it in 2 mins so overall i faced a bit problem but staff behaviour was freindly as they will help

It's been nice here to stay, nice staff. Hotel situated in good location. The room was quite good. The only problem is with I didn't get plug points more than 1. Breakfast was great. Overall it's been nice experience to stay there. I really want to go there in the future.

I got received both time free Airport pick up and drop as expected, though it was quite delayed so little disappointed due to 11:00 Pm and food is not available after 9. 30 Pm at Hotel restaurant.
