THE MAUREEN KOLKATA

Absolutely brilliant staff and service - so helpful, professional and organised. Check-in and check-out was seamless and they told us everything we needed to know. They also sorted us out with a late lunch (which was delicious, and gave us a late check-out free of charge. The THE MAUREEN KOLKATA and room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were constantly buzzing about cleaning during our 1 night stay. Only slight issue was there was a very faint odour of cigarettes in the room, and while using the stair-well, people (presumably from a conference event) were smoking in it - urrrgghhh! loved the complimentary morning paper delivered to the room - nice touch. The breakfast had a lot of options.

We booked the THE MAUREEN KOLKATA to attend a wedding happening in royal garden a venue near to it. Our stay was comfortable in maureen. The staff members were very polite and helpful. We went at 10 am just to keep our luggage but the receptionist without any questions let us checked in, it was really a great gesture. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Fresh and clean linen. We asked for few items late in the night as we returned late from the wedding, the night staff were very prompt to attend to our call. Overall our experience was great. We booked through make my trip. Best wishes.

Good experience staying in this THE MAUREEN KOLKATA though the food and service quality was better before. They should use normal mattresses for the bed instead of spring built mattresses as it creates body ache. Rest they are always maintaining very calm and well environment what i like the most.

It was an amazing experience. The Staff was friendly when we were in hurry They never hesitated to pack our room. Service order on the go. The food was amazing. The bar menu was good. The room was spacious enough. Good to visit with family and friends, amazing hospitality.
