Hotel staff was very poor and did not even come when i call the reception very poor quality food and very poor hospitality

- well, check in took a bit more time, but was worth it. - the view from thw hotel was lovely. - staff - good - bedroom - clean - bathroom - clean - tv - perfectly working - overall - nice stay

Finding the hotel was very hard. I tried calling the property but the contact details provided by the hotel were not right. I tried calling mmt customer care but i got no response from the customer care too. The customer care called me after 2 days. I struggled a lot to find the hotel and the rooms were okay but there were no basic amenities available.

There is no proper highlighted entry and no parking of the hotel. They get your keys and park nearby at the chowk on roadside parking. Valet took our car for parking and broke the rear headlight. Inexperience staff, no food menu. Smelly comforters. Overall below average stay.

The room was clean but the washroom had a repair which was due. also the service was slow.

Hotel is in the main mcleodganj market.

Well located, room was spacious and personnel were courteous. Only issue with no elevator and tv and geyser were not working

Hotel is very near to bus stand. Rooms are very good. Good service also.

I had called up the resort at morning 9:00 am and requested them to prepare my room as i was supposed to reach the resort at 6:00 pm after a 12 hour long journey in bus. We reached macleodgunj that the manager’s phone was not reachable and it took us good about 30 mins to search for the hotel (with luggage and a toddler in hand) as there was no sign board available for the hotel. Finally we could locate the hotel and entered the room. The room was horrible and it seemed as if the room hasn’t been opened for ages. When i asked them that 12 hours notice wasn’t sufficient to prepare the room their reply was we will do it now. The room hadn’t been mopped since a long time. The linen was soiled with marks of oil. The pillow covers had pan stains on it. It took them good about 1. 5 hours to prepare the room and give us neat linen . It took the hotel 5 changes to get some neat linen. You don’t expect this after 12 hour long journey. The towels provided had dal stains on it and were torn. The toilet seemed like a bird cage. The toilet is basically built under a stair case to save space and looks more like a gully in some busy street market rather than a washroom. Public toilets are much better. The manager is least bothered. His attitude was like stay if you want to or else please find another one. Not recommend for stay at all. You can have better living in a three men tent that this hotel!

One of the worst experience. Even sign board of hotel not put that guest can locate the hotel. As it is McLeodganj is congested and add add to it wasted one hour in searching hotel. Then we found its newly opened so we have to suffer like no staff to take care .one staff who is receptionist, same is your room service perso and same is to serve you food. Pathetic operation of hotel. Must try if you want to experience worst. 😉 fly rooms are big but of no use, hospitality zero rating

Manager was quite co operative and room was nice. View from balcony was excellent. But room service was not satisfactory.

Stay was good, on the mall road, big rooms, neat rooms n washroom, all basic amenities. Safe robstay with family

Best part is location it's a happening place, in the mcleod market. Rooms are spacious enuf for family of 4 we booked room having 2 beds. Only problem is finding location initially via map. It's better to call before you come. Rest every restaurant is nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Location is near by main square and i am booked open tarrice room, view from room is very good and hotel manager and staff is very friendly. Hotel manager amit is very helpfull.

Superb hotel located in mid of happening place at main square/ dolma chowk. Departmental store and medical store is just next to it. Very good behaviour of host and dost and hospitality along with vallet parking facility in front of hotel.

Located in main market. Newly built property with clean and spacious rooms. Manager mr amit was very helpful. Excellent stay. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed the hotel stay thoroughly, staff here is really humble and flexible. Safe surrounding, balcony view is the best part . You can sit in the balcony nd enjoy your food with the scenic mountain view , even the room has a clear glass showing complete mountain view .Room and washroom were properly clean nd hygienic. It is in the main market and feasible from the bus stand and famous spots. Overall i had a really good experience. It’s just the food I’m not much satisfied about.

We had booked a non-view room but when i told mr. Amit that it was my birthday, he made sure that i get the best room at his property and gave me all the facilities. The best part is that the hotel is right in the centre of the mall road and every place was easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
