The rooms does not have windows, AC has no control over temperature, ceiling fan is making abnormal noise, no light in washroom, water leakage in washroom tape and cockroach found in living area

Near from charminar,Madina hotel& shadab Restaurant, room service & staff Behavior is excellent. cheapest AC rooms are available.

Good experience, hotel is in central location of Hyderabad old city. stay was nice. and you find good restaurants nearby the hotel.

We booked a room at Metro International Hotel, Hyderabad, based on good reviews, but unfortunately, it was not worth the price. First of all, this is not a deluxe room. In fact, I doubt they even have deluxe rooms, and if they do, they clearly don’t know how to maintain them properly. The staff lacks professionalism and needs better training in communicating with outstation guests. They even asked us to pay an additional ₹300 for early check-in, despite us arriving at the designated check-in time of 2 PM. We refused to pay, but such demands are unacceptable. The room itself was disappointing. If the hotel claims to offer deluxe rooms, they need to upgrade the facilities accordingly. The worst part was the washroom—it was in terrible condition. The toilet commode was broken, making it extremely difficult to use. The cleanliness was also poor; they could have at least cleaned and dried the buckets, but they didn’t. The washroom floor was wet and slippery, creating a safety hazard. I strongly suggest avoiding this hotel until they improve their facilities. I also recommend that conduct a physical quality and safety check at this property.

room are not as same as the photos shown. toilet condition is not fair. ac has only fan how ever nobody is there to disturbe, very easy to access harminar,Mecca masjid,lad bazar and many tourists places

It was the worst experience I have ever had. The room was not clean, the mattress was so horny, that we could even feel the spring. The toilet was full of stains. We could not stay there for even 15min. When we raised the concern to the hotel staff, they first told us that all the rooms would be like that only, when we said we would check out, then they showed us another room which was also of the same quality. So with no other option we had to check out to look for another hotel. We made a call to escalate the matter, we were not getting a proper response as the call was disconnected thrice and we were informed that they spoke to the hotel staff and they denied refund. We really want to escalate this issue as I have the photos of the hotel room which I can share if required, as the call was disconnected once when they were giving email id to share the photos. Please kindly refund the amount and remove the hotel from the list. Hotels should have some standards as we are not staying for free!!! Please escalate !!!!!!

The stay was very terrible, room was not clean. Bedsheet where smelling, i ask them to replace but they didnt, washroom exhaust was not working, tv was not working, towel were not provided by the hotel,

This is a nice property near charminar rates are reasonable. Staff behaviour is also nice. Rooms are clean.
