Hotel is located at best place. Complete The Metropolitan is neat and clean. Staff are friendly and provide prompt services. Food is best and very very tasty. No problem even if you do a late check, staff welcome and provide service with a smile at any time round the clock. Overall, excellent stay. Have been there earlier. Will continue to stay there in future also.

HOTEL IS SITUATED WITH IN THE CITY LIMITS AND NEAR TO THE SHOPPING CENTRE AND BUSINESS CENTER. WELL MAINTAINED ROOMS AND TOILETS - FOOD SERVICE IS LITTLE POOR NEED TO IMPROVE ON DELIVERY AND TIMELY RESPONSE. TOILETS and Room are very neat and clean. Nice location, tasty food and over all good experiences and had a comfortable stay.

The staff were friendly and cooperative but need training or better systems put in place. We were three of us but they would regularly give us only 2 towels. We had to request for another towel. The extra bedding was placed upside down. They took a long time to clear the breakfast items. Had to call them twice.

Some items need improvement: there is no stirrer or spoon to mix coffee/tea. Bucket in the washroom is not cleaned properly. The water seemed brownish, but when i examined it, there is no issue with the water but the bottom of the inside of the bucket is not cleaned properly.

An excellent The Metropolitan. Have patronize it 4 time. Pro. Great value and very modern Con. Need to provide hair conditioner, hand towel. What needs to improve: they need dedicated no smoking room. Masking it with air freshener does not work. Overall. Will stay again.

As the Name Suggests the Stay in This The Metropolitan gives you Metropolitan City Feeling ... The Staff is very Good and Service quality and responsiveness is very quick and accurate ... And Its value for money too if you put 100bucks it gives 150bucks value service ...

Location is highlight of this The Metropolitan. Not tried the restaurant. Housekeeping department has to focus on the details like shampoo and foot mat which were missing in the shower area. Of course, a toothbrush and paste were provided.
