Stay was excellent and location is good. We have been using this The Metropolitan Hotel and Spa for quite sometime for our business work since it is value for money. Suggestion for management is to control some of the staff members in room service and while boarding cars after check out: who drop direct hints persistently that tips are expected and not coming! they even express their dissatisfaction with The Metropolitan Hotel and Spa management vocally. This feedback is not to criticise the The Metropolitan Hotel and Spa but to help the management improve services further. I hope i am understood.

Very convenient and central location to the commercial hub, a great variety in cuisines, with mouthwatering delicacies carefully curated, a wholesome breakfast, and fresh fragrant well-appointed rooms and squeaky-clean washrooms. It is obvious the staff from the least to the highest are well trained and a lot of effort has yielded a pleasing experience for the guests. I am for sure a fan of this well maintained and up to date facility and have sure to be staying here regularly during my trips to delhi.

I stayed for 2 nights with my 4 months old infant and husband. The staff was so accommodating. Our infant wouldn't settle down and they brought buffet breakfast for us in the room. Also allowed us a late check out by 3 hours. The food was delicious, staff super courteous and helpful and the The Metropolitan Hotel and Spa was super clean with very spacious and delightfully decorated rooms. Also it is located near all new delhi landmarks. Go ahead and book it without any second thought.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of The Metropolitan Hotel and Spa. Everything about the The Metropolitan Hotel and Spa was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

I was there for two nights, location is excellent. Room is also good. Service is fantastic. Food was so so. But i found some issues with amenities, my overhead shower was not working. Room was not that chilled what i want, but ac was set on 18 degrees. Although they tried to solve but couldn’t. Still overall experience was not bad. I think it’s like a proper 4 star category property. You can try once.

The The Metropolitan Hotel and Spa and its ambience is really good. The room is excellent and kept clean at all times. All the toiletries are available in the washroom. I only had an issue with the access card. Since the card was not sitting tight inside the slot at the door, i faced frequent power shutdowns. It took me two complaints to get the problem rectified. Food and room service was excellent.

It was good. It was just a one night with my family. They accommodated as well room service housekeeping. Everything was fantastic. The breakfast menu. Everything was superb. I’ve been living here from last so many years, but the first time i felt that ac was not up to the mark in my room, maybe that is a case, not very often, but still i’ll keep coming here and we want you to be here only

Very good location, all shopping places and india gate are close, connaught place circle is good to hang out. Hotel staff was very polite and friendly. Room service lady ms savitri was very helpful since my small child and wife was traveling with me, she was always there to help with a smiling face. Room size is good. Swimming pool acess is very tricky to fine

The property is excellent and located in the cp area with cordial The Metropolitan Hotel and Spa executives. Well maintained with a specious room with a nice view of the city from the higher floor.

Centrally located near connaught place. Walking distance from bangla sahib gurudwara. Rooms are fine with decent breakfast. Few good sweet shops next to it, where one can enjoy street food in case not planning to eat at The Metropolitan Hotel and Spa.
