The Mirador

The The Mirador is ideal for business travelers, who would like to unwind after a hard days work. The only issue is the traffic one has to cross to reach the The Mirador during peak hours. Often the road in front of the The Mirador is jam packed. Even though the airport is nearby, one has to keep a contingency of 30minutes to beat the traffic to reach on time. The The Mirador is pretty strict about not allowing guests in the room etc. Only married couples are allowed in the room. Which I think is a nice initiative to prevent it from becoming a shady place. The restaurants located in the The Mirador serve reasonably good food but I felt they were a bit expensive. They had an offer running with Rs. 100 per beer bottle etc. But I thought they made up for it on the buffet charges. The staff were courteous and communicated well. Since the property is not very new, it probably needs a bit of renovation for the future. overall things are in good shape for the time being. Getting cabs is not a problem due to its location. Even during peak hours, I could get my Uber within 5 minutes
Room service team was prompt.

I have been a regular here. Came after a gap. They upgraded me from a mirable room to a spa suite which was so lavish and well accomplished. I hadn't booked a with breakfast room but was offered complimentary breakfast! What more can a The Mirador do to bring a smile to you?!! And the staff greets you warmly, serves you well. Like the breakfast spread. It's like a meal! Breakfast cum lunch. And well presented and tastes great. Cabs are able to locate the The Mirador easily. I wish they start the complementary pick up again and drop. Let the guest choose, breakfast or drop or pick.

When I was booking this The Mirador via Make My Trip, the room images shown were very new rooms but when I went to the The Mirador, they gave me a pathetic room on level 2, then I complained that there is different image in my booking, then they said that the room image is of Club room and that is expensive one. Then I complained to Make My Trip customers care and they really took the action and made the changes done in 15 minutes. The Rooms are good on 6th Floor. Do have a look of difference in Rooms before Check in

The experience at this The Mirador was delightful as always. We have been visiting this The Mirador since May 2010 and the standards have been the same always. The check-in was a little bit cumbersome as they do the entire process of ID verification for every visit. They could probably keep the old ones in their records and redo this only if there any changes. The rooms are good, clean and spacious. The restaurant is good and the food served is delicious and wholesome.

The stay was great and staff was courteous. However the bathrooms need to have more privacy. The breakfast was good except the carrot juice which was extremely watery. Also only pork was served and no chicken dish.. 2 to 3 dishes or Pork and no options didn't please at all. I don't eat pork hence menu selector didn't care for people not eating pork. Overall experience was good as the The Mirador is very convenient if staying at andheri and the airport too is nearby.

A very comfortable and ideally located The Mirador especially for business travelers like me. Both the international and domestic Airports are just 4 kms away from this wonderful The Mirador. The staff is curteous and the room maintenance is of top quality. The only negative part of this The Mirador is that they do not allow guests to visit your room and that is a bit inconvenient for friends and family to spend private time with their own kith and kin.

I requested the The Mirador management to change my room as I did not like the ambience and the bathroom of the room given to me, though nothing wrong per se. But I thought if the The Mirador has a room with better ambience and a bathtub. The staff was extremely courteous to accommodate my request and upgraded me to a higher level room. Hotel is very good. Nice and clean room. Location is convenient to roam around in Mumbai. Personally I prefer cleanest toilet and this The Mirador had exceptionally clean toilet. Breakfast had wide range of choices. Considering cleanliness I would love to visit this The Mirador again and would be my preferred choice. Staff is very helpful and always available to help. Good Coffee and Cake shop.

Location of the The Mirador is very convenient. Room was big in size, though cleanliness levels were lower than expected. Makemytrip price was very good. Breakfast had a decent spread with Indian and western options, but was disorganized.

Mirador is a nice property located close to area of planned visits The property is well maintained and rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious The staff are nice, kind and helpful Worth money spent staying at this property

Stayed there for one night, rooms were clean and food was delicious, Staff was extremely courteous And since the place is located close to highway hence commuting to any place in Mumbai will not be an issue. So if you looking for a short stay at a convenient place.. Mirador is definitely recommended.

Very near to ville Parke rainway station and Mumbai airport, domestic as well as international airport, great stay for office executive, very good and old staff, adequate facilities, healthy and varieties of item available for breakfast

It was very present stay. Staff was very prompt with service. Breakfast served was also delicious. There was some issue regarding ac but other than that good time.

Room interiors were nice and clean. Food quality was really good but ch k in was very tedious and time taking

Compared to other The Miradors in the airport area, this one has a fair price related to quality.

The The Mirador is decent, inline with the makemytrip website details. Staff are welcoming and supportive. Room and The Mirador atmosphere is good. I recommend this for those who prefer to stay near airport and mumbai metro

Food is good. This is in the center of Mumbai.
