Rooms were Ok. Can't say first class, but yeah not bad. Washrooms are clean, but few things were missing. Hot water wasn't available. Poor Air conditioning. These are my major concerns. Staff behaviour was the best, I should say that.

I booked the premium room, it was really nice as per the price. The bathroom was very clean and nice. Hot shower, cattle, toiletries. Everything was there nice and clean. The staff was friendly and cooperative. I would love to visit again.

I booked a tree house in casita greens calicut. But the property has denied me the check in. I communicated my issues to make my trip team. They helped me with the cancellation and refund but because of that i didn't go for the stay i wanted instead we went to a normal room which was not nice. This is completely the issue of make my trip. Because, due to some technical reasons the hotel didn't accept the booking but make my trip confirmed the booking which caused so much of pressure and trouble during the travel. Your app is supposed to make our trips easier. Not a complicated one. Please check your notes on my profile before sending messages like this.

familyThough booked through MMT, they didn't kept the room ready. In the night there was high noise in corridor and even the payment machine was not working. The reception guy even don't know the price of a team. Restaurant is also out of resources for morning breakfast.
