Property is good but the experience with room service is extremely disappointing. No one receiving calls, sending towels after 30-40 mins. The same reviews were shared by other visitors as well regarding their room service. Rest is okay.

Very Good property. all the rooms have balconies facing the lush green mountains .Hotel is surrounded by dense forest . Away from the main town . They have very nice food from all the cuisines.thanks ,,chef Vinu for a very tasty North Indian ,,, Mediterranean,, South Indian delicacies.Overall very NICE stay . Felt one step nearer to the nature during heavy rainy hour

the stay was very comfortable. staff is extremely courteous and welcoming. bathroom was very basic though and room size a bit small. breakfast buffet spread was excellent. and so was room service.

I travelled to Thekkady with my family for a short vacation and I stayed in Mountain Courtyard. It's an excellent place and located in the centre of Thekkady between lush green with the Mountain View. It gives you a very great experience. I had a great relaxed vacation stops are very court use and helpful. Overall, I had an excellent experience.

Terrible Stay

We had a one night stay at the resort very recently. Everything was fine and perfect till the last minute. Because we gave our car's key to them for vallet parking at the time of check in. We went to our room after that and enjoyed the sightseeing as they have very vast area filled with greenery and also they have arranged a cultural activity for their clients as well. The food was good, The accomodation and the cordiality were top notch. But when we checked out with marking the tick in "excellent " column in their feedback form started the disappointment that we never felt as a guest in any resort we enjoyed the staycation. At the check out time we asked our car key which we gave them the day before. At the beginning they are trying to make lame excuses that they have given us the key back and check our bags etc,. We waited there for 2 hrs and finally gave our key back which was taken by some other guest mistakenly. We are not making comments about whose irresponsible nature made all these. But please be more mindful atleast in the future. Everything was good until the last minute and that last minute chaos dim all the good things you did. Thank you
