My recent stay at mountain courtyard was nothing short of incredible. The level of service provided by the staff was exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized assistance throughout my stay, they made me feel like a vip guest. It's rare to find such a dedicated team who goes above and beyond to ensure every need is met. The rooms at mountain courtyard are a true testament to comfort and luxury. Quite close to the town and yet in the middle of a thick plantation. View from the balcony is excellent. Rooms are of adequate size, clean and comfortable. Staff is polite and quite helpful. I particularly liked the proactive attitude of mr a pin in the restaurant. When hot soup burned my finger he got me a bowl of ice cubes on his own to keep my finger and a few minutes later "burnol" ointment. He has also been quite proactive in meeting our requirements in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner buffets are very good with a wide choice of dishes. Dinner buffet is reasonably priced for the choices offered. Overall we enjoyed our time in the The Mountain Courtyard Thekkady.

We had a wonderful experience at the mountain courtyard. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. They showed us around the property for the facilities that they have to offer and us to a beautiful room with the view of the lush green forest, all around this property. The ambience of the place is very soothing and calming and made my vacation worthwhile. Its location is only 10 mins away from the market area and 20 mins from periyar forest. Thus, it is very well placed. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety including regional cuisine as well. The rooms were clean and well maintained with a prompt room service. Concluding, it is a place, i will surely recommend.

Hotel reception was very good, had a very warm greetings. Room was clean even though the property seemed worn-out. Food was bit expensive but taste was good. Location is very nice like staying inside a forest. View from the The Mountain Courtyard Thekkady was mesmerizing. Staffs in the reception were very friendly and took care the needs. There seems to be a problem with hot water, shower starts with hot water after couple of seconds it stops we have to wait for the hot water. Amenities provided are not up to the mark of star The Mountain Courtyard Thekkadys just very basic stuffs. Needs improvement not worth the money except the location.

Starting 5/5 for The Mountain Courtyard. This place was heaven when you stay in room 401. The view from the balcony was execellent especially during early morning with a coffee cup. Food was so delicious and what ever you order it will be so good in taste and you need big stomach for the quantity. I wanted to thank Umar & Vipin they both were good soul and down to the earth. Anything is possible when you ask things to them. They will be running around to fulfill all the guest request. Thanks for The Mountain Courtyard Management & Staff for your lovely hospitality. Had a pleasant one day stay in banyan cottage. The staff are courteous and ever ready to come & help at our beck and call. Special shout out to mr. Sadam in the reception. The rooms were neat and sanitized. There were no temperature checks though. The property is isolated from the hustle & bustle of the main city hence the atmosphere is quaint & peaceful. The lunch & dinner ( ala carte) was good. The breakfast could have been better. Overall it was worth the money & recommendable.

The resort is located a little remotely from the main road surrounded by plantations which makes the experience serene. Rooms are very good and well maintained but the staff was a little less responsive and food was also average. Also there was quite a bit of power issues with frequent power cuts. Overall not value for money they charge. Couldn't experience bon fire because of rain but i think summer or autumn time is best for visiting this resort.

I checked in with my family which includes 2 year old baby and stayed there 3 days. Had a wonderful time, the behavior of each and every staff which we met was superb and carrying. We actually booked tamarind room (least one) but they gave us banyan cottage without extra charges. I suggest for families its a good resort. The only thing the road to reach the plot from main Road is poor (hardly 1 km) and restaurant is too expensive.

Location is amazing and has rooms with very good moutain view. It offers ample amenities for a family and various live activities in the evening. The food is not that great, would rate it to be 6/10. The staff is very good helpful and courteos.

Cons: we booked tamarind category room because the size mentioned in mm t is 340 sq ft, however the room actual size is less than 250. Not comfortable with kids in small room. Pros: the resort layout and outdoor area is very nice, good food, good service.

the place was excellent. mr. aju and the team in the resort took care of us very well. the service was first-class !. swimming pool is maintained really well. the parking is very spacious. the steep road to the resort makes it even more attractive.

It was a neat and pleasant. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The resort have more amenities for everyone. Overall it is a nice resort.

It was really 2 good days @ the mountain courtyard with family. Service, ambience and food was top notch. Thanks The Mountain Courtyard Thekkady people for the lovely greet on those 2 days.

The view was nice, amazing staff, good food. But just found one drawback of less veg options in the menu.
