The The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort is in the heart of the town and its well connected to all important places to visit in mussoorie. The food is also decent and suits the environment. The The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort is clean and located at a very scenic premise. The air is very fine quality and good place to relax. It provides a rejuvenation to mind and soul. The scenes from the The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort balcony are so pleasing that one cannot capture all of it in the camera. All in all its a appealing and delightful place to visit and i would give four 4 stars out of 5 five to the The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort on all levels whether its cleanliness, premise, surroundings, environment, food, staff amenities, location everything is enticing. We had a wonderful stay in the midst of nature and enjoyed a lot. The place is well suited for all age groups of people whether kids, young, middle age or old. The The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort is very mindful about its surroundings and environment. Its plastic free zone and they follow it very religiously which is highly commendable. The The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort is also located at a very prime location which makes its accessible to all spots and sights to visit. Very glad that we stayed there and i would recommend it and would like to stay there again if we visit mussoorie. Lovely experiesnce

Pros : 1. Good rooms (mine was jungle room with balcony) 2. You could see trees and greenery everywhere 3. Far from the hustle and bustle of library road if you want peace and lazing around 4. The manager and staff were really nice and helpful. Due to heavy rains we had to checkout a day early and stayed here 2 nights though we booked 3. The The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort readily agreed to refund a day, we didn’t even have to say much. 5. Breakfast buffet was good too. Cons: 1. The room was not clean when we checked in but they did everything we asked for after checkin. 2. The road leading to the The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort is all mud and stones and the concrete part leading up to the The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort is very steep. It was difficult to get in and out of the property. 3. The place is far from library road (about 30 minutes on foot from one side ) and it’s not easy to get public transport if you don’t have a car/bike.

The The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort is located on a peaceful quiet place. We opted for Himalayan street room, and the view was beautiful. The room service was good, The room was spacious. But in comparison the bathroom was not large enough. The width of shower area was only 3.5 feet, which seems too congested to me. I have seen bigger bathrooms in other The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resorts. The cleanliness of room was good, but in the bathroom they can improve, the breakfast and food had a good taste. The room price included buffet breakfast. The TV had a Tata sky connection, but does not had any kids Channel. I can find some entertainment channels only. They provide free WiFi for each guest staying in room with a daily limit of 1 GB combined. It is useful as the mobile network is very week there. But 1 GB may seem too less for use by three people as we are used to of 1.4 GB per person as mobile data plan in our home circles.

Though we didn't expect any room to be provided to us early morning, they did provide us our booked room before The check-in time. The location of The The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort is pretty good. It is located in a secluded place surrounded by lush greenery. So, for The people who are looking for some calm and composed stay, this is The perfect place for them. The food quality was also elegant. The service which they provided us was okay but it should have been better. Ordered food was taking much more time to come and The most disappointing thing we experienced here was that we booked two rooms of our own choice but they didn't provide us one of The rooms claiming that it has been updated by their Channel manager. Rest everything was fine.

The The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort was situated around 2.2 km away from the main mall road market.The location was good with a narrow road but our car easily went through. The himalayan room had a beautiful mountain view from the window. It was a clean and nice room , with all the mentioned facilities. Due to rush and jam on the mall road and problem for car parking we requested the manager to drop us at the mall road. The manager was very cooperative, he arranged a car for us. We walked back at night which was a bit scary as it got dark and isolated. The only problem we faced was at the breakfast, at 9:45 am almost whole breakfast was over with less choice left. But the manager arranged it again for us on request.

The hospitality we revived at the The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort was much higher than we had expected. The staff ensured we had everything we required at the room whenever we asked for it. They were very accomodative about requests like scootie arrangement, cleaning up of the room, extra milk/teabags, water bottles etc. The breakfast is superb and in addition to the buffet, the staff prepared omlettes and dos-as on demand. The only downside was the location, which had some work going on so bringing in a vehicle was difficult. But it should be done by october 2021 and things should be fine next time. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Location - the place is 20 min walking distance from the mall road, best way to commute is to hire a 2 wheeler from the library area. Being away from the rush of mall road makes the stay location peaceful. Breakfast buffet - food quality was great, never felt heavy on masalas in food. But the food variety was very repetitive. I almost had same breakfast in my 3 day stay at The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort. Rooms - i stayed in hill view and the view is quite good. Room service and cleaning is great. The rooms are better than some of the 4-5 stars The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resorts. Bathroom is bit on the average side.

Very beautiful downhill location. Highly recommended The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort & resort for peace loving visitors. A place far from commotion & hum drum of the main city Staff is very cooperative & ready to provide you a comfortablestay. Special appreciation for Mr. Satyen Rawat & his team from kitchen and restaurant for delicious food preparation & hospitality. But the visitors are suggested to carry their own bathroom slippers as it was not a good experience with the provided ones. Although ambience is pleasant but some more attention must be paid towards cleanliness of washrooms. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort was good spacious rooms and The The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort staff behavior was very courteous. The food was not good nor bad. Prices of food were a bit high but it is liable to be at hill stations. Overall a good experience. Hotel is close to kempty fall.

Location of this resort is best for view, during our stay it was reining and clouds were travel-ling through balcony. They have their lawn for shipping evening team while looking at mountains and enjoying beauty of nature. Rooms with balcony are worth. We were at 3rd floor with mountain view balcony. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very cooperative and nice, always ready to help. We had asked for baby food and ceratin requirements and were provided. Will definitely recommend it. Hotel needs to improve on approach road conditions

Location is very nice. All Staffs are very cooperative and nice , and they are humble. Food preparation is good. Price is not competative.

Hotel rooms specious for couple, neat & clean, staff behaviour also very nice. Food is delicious, location of The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort is very good, far away from traffic. Overall very good experience. Thanks mm t for good deal also.

Away from the hustle and busy area with a good view

Overall the stay was excellent. I enjoyed alot. Mr. Deepak (manager) and Mr. Manveer (executive chef) were very friendly. Not only them but whole staff was friendly. Service was good. Food quality and quantity can be better. During our stay, we faced some health issues during which The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort staff helped us alot. Though, the location is far from the Mall Road but it's best when you are visiting for some peace and alone time.
