Not worth the cost….no facilities nothing…rooms not clean full of mosquitoes…would never recommend.

Smelly property, constant noise of the traffic that wouldn't let you close your eyes, not recommended

Bekar maha bekar property owner is very rude

I already informed the owner that we would be checking in late as we only had to stay for the night. But to our surprise, our room was given to someone else (we were not informed) and we were lead to a store room with bed and attached washroom (dirty one. Only after asking we were informed about the situation and we're offered to refund the amount in the middle of night (11:00 pm) in a small city like rishikesh.

Frequent light cuts due to earthing issue, no water in washroom until you tell the caretaker, no soap in washroom, very untidy bedsheet. It was a very bad experience. Do not book at any cost. Rather find any camps and stay there.

We reached the hotel at 4 am in the morning. I earlier called and also messaged owner that i will arrive at 4 am. I even booked one extra day for this. In short i wanted to do late check in which i confirmed with them. But on reaching the owner was sleeping. Some caretaker lied to us that he is not available on the property. We waited for an hour and then at 5 am we again started calling owner. We heard that the call was ringing in nearby room. We knocked the door and then one guy came out and helped us in checkin(he was not the main owner. He was new so he told that he will charge us early check-in (even when we booked from previous day) since he had to wake up in the morning. He told us that we can leave if we don't agree. We agreed and checkin. The bathroom were pathetic, smelling like hell. Very difficult to use the same. Although in the morning main owner was nice. He told we won't be charged anything for the checkin. The food was good.

The property is located at main road that is way the traffic noice pollution little disturbing.

Perfect place to stay. Its my best experience till date uncle is very nice and the boy who is taking care anuj is also very hard working and so obedient and he was not excepting the tips. Felt like home

They don’t have enough parking and i have to park my vehicle in front of other shop. I had to relocate my vehicle at 6:00 am to avoid disrupting that shop business as my car was blocking that shop entrance. No fresh towel were given. Mosquito repellent provided was not potent enough for its job. 1 room was stinky.

The host treats with great humility and is there to help and guide at every step. The rooms are great and hygienic. Transport available for both rishikesh and haridwar at walking distance

On highway but remote location from laxman jhula

Room was good little they have too take care of bathroom foul smell otherwise i would give 5/5 except bathroom

There are two types of home stay. Urban and rural. This one falls under urban home stay, 6km from rishikesh on the highway. Yet it doesn't give you utilities of urban home stay. They provide 20l paint buckets for bathing. There is no geyser but heating rode. Exhaust window was chocked, air was hitting back in bathroom and bathroom bulb was connected to exhaust so you couldn't even keep it on. It was chilly and we had to adjust with just one bucket of hot water. Owner seems sweet and helped with these shortcomings but still this was by far not good experience during our journey.
