The Munnar Queen

Dear Team at The Queen Munnar, I have been visiting Munnar since 2011 and have had the opportunity to stay at various properties over the years. Having personally worked in the hospitality industry, I truly appreciate the effort and dedication that goes into delivering a great guest experience. I would like to share my feedback on our recent stay at The Queen Munnar, which was truly delightful, thanks to the exceptional hospitality provided by your team. I would like to extend my appreciation to Mr. Manoj at the reception, Mr. Abhimanyu in the restaurant, the staff member who assisted with our vehicle (whose name I, unfortunately, do not recall), and the lady who warmly welcomed us—each of them played a key role in enhancing our experience. This trip was particularly special as it was the first journey my wife and child were taking after my wife’s delivery. I was looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Munnar, where we could enjoy quality time together, and your property provided exactly that. We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was spacious and well-equipped. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the lighting in the bathroom for added convenience. The property itself is beautifully designed across two levels, featuring a small gym, a game area, and a stunning rooftop pool. The viewpoint at the top was a highlight, offering a breathtaking experience, especially with the cool night breeze and serene sunrise. Overall, my wife and I found our stay to be comfortable and peaceful, making it an excellent choice for those who prefer a quiet, scenic retreat away from busy roads. The rooms were budget-friendly, and the buffet food was of good quality. Additionally, the availability of private spaces for candlelight dinners and small events adds to the charm of the property. We had booked the premium room with valley view. The view of the The Munnar Queen was very nice and as mentioned it was the same. We had issues with hot water as it was not available for us at any given point of time. We asked for bucket for which we were refused and hence there was lot of water wastage as we had small kid who we couldn't bathe under the shower. The food was ok and not upto the mark. Rest our stay and experience was amazing

We had a nice time there. While the property is not exactly in Munnar, it is not very far to reach Munnar by car. We were given the corner room at the top floor which nice balconies. The room was decently sized. We really like the view from terrace and the roof top swimming pool. Food was also good however we have seen much more extended breakfast options in other properties in the similar price range.

It was a fantastic experience. The The Munnar Queen offers breathtaking views of the lush green hills, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly hospitable, ensuring a pleasant stay. I highly recommend munnar queen for a relaxing and memorable getaway in the mountains.

Booked super package at this property. Spellbound service and hospitality with bed decoration and candlelight dinner along with a 1/2 kg cake and cookies. The service assistants were kind and humble.

Find in make my trip. Good resort to stay and connectivity is good to all places to explore indoor gym, infinity pool kids play area etc. Good breakfast
