The Mysore Grand

Hotel is nearer to the Palace.Staffs are supportive and rooms were in fully cleaned condition.One major thing we loved is sensor locking door system which gives rich looks to the safety concern. In 1st floor silk saree, Sandalwood architects and etc are available to buy. Overall it was a good experience in The Mysore Grand. Recommended to take the stay here

The room was very unhygienic . It was smelling a lot. Some lights , washroom door were not operational. Fan speed was either 0 or 5, no in between. Overall worst experience. Highly Not Recommendable.

booked room is very Small & its costly Hotel, No room service, they changed another room charged 1500 extra amount, bed is also worst and uncomfortable,

Hotel was good. They didn't keep coffee tea packets on day 1. They offered a sight seeing your which was overpriced.

Phone in room was not working, every time I have to walk to receptionist to get the things done. Basic accessories are not stocked eg, oil.

We stayed at the mysore grand for two days with family, it was a pleasant stay and the property is located at the heart of the city. So you can take cab/auto anywhere you like to visit. All shopping areas and site seeing places near to this hotel. The hotel is spike and span. The manager utsav even guided us where to go for site seeing and spook very kindly. I will surely visit the hotel again.

Everything was fine. The staffs were professional and rooms were clean

They charge 750- extra for tea, coffee, water, cold drink, chips, chocolate, which is already put in hotal room when we are cheque in room. Shower is broken. After several times complain, finally we repaired. They are totally fraud minded. In my 11 years experience i never face that kind of hotel. They cannot talk to you in hindi. They always like to use their konner languages. Non corporate attitude shown.

Clean and hygienic, cordial staff and prime location for tourists- mysore palace is nearby, as well as other restaurants. Overall a good stay. No frills, basic necessities taken care of.

The stay was good. The food was excellent. They took great care to provide tasty food that was packed and served well.

I have taken an option of complimentary breakfast but the hotel staff provided the breakfast only after asking few times and after telling that i will raise issue with mmt. Their main problem is they don't have restaurant. So at first place they should not give option of breakfast while booking itself. Other than this, our stay was very comfortable in the room. Deeply disappointed! I was genuinely dismayed by the sub par service and treatment received at Mysore Grand hotel. Upon booking a deluxe room with complimentary breakfast for four guests( myself, my wife and our two children) and paying extra charges accordingly, I expected a hassle free and enjoyable stay. However my experience took a sharp turn for the worse the next morning when i approached the hotel staff for breakfast. They denied breakfast for children saying complementary bf is for only two. I have shown them the confirmation voucher from showing a deluxe room for four guests n a complimentary breakfast But they denied it without a valid explanation.

The room was comfortable. But the fan was very noisy. Even though mm t booking mentioned check out time as 12pm, the hotel check out time was 11am. Also they charged 300- extra for 2pm checkout. Staffs were good. Satisfied overall.

Good. But they took extra money for late check-out. Normally hotels agree for late check-out. I checked in at 1 pm. The next day at 2 pm i checked out. They took extra money.

The room is clean and good but little small and the size is not as expected in photos. But slite good for a day stay and good hospitality thank you
