We stayed here for 2 nights & loved each and every moment of the stay. The property is spread over a large area and has wonderfully maintained outdoor seatings where you can enjoy the bon fire at evenings and live music. The breakfast spread was decent and most importantly dishes were really flavorful. They have a sun deck near the restaurant where you can enjoy your breakfast with an uninterrupted view of the naini jheel. The location is somewhat far from the main market but they have free shuttle to & fro up-till 8 pm, so accessibility is not an issue. There is a shortcut to the market from the back of the The Naini Retreat By Leisure Hotels where you can take a steep walk to reach the market in 5-7 minutes but climbing up is a task ( better to take The Naini Retreat By Leisure Hotels shuttle ). The only downside is that the rooms and the washroom are small ( but well maintained ), if you are a couple it would be just ok but with a kid you keep wanting for more space as it gets difficult to move around. I would definitely visit again for the wonderful overall experience but if ever room size becomes my priority i would have to look to other options.

I have my 1 here with me and the shift which is like creating a team hold the baby so that we can enjoy our tea. The staff is so amazing and 1 waiter name radhe came three times in a room to give a separate soup then maintain and then desert. I was not expecting this type of hospitality. We (me, my wife & daughter) stayed here for two nights on the weekend and the stay was truly amazing. We stayed at naini royal room which is one of the best room in this property. We used to start the day with a complimentary & awesome morning tea at walnut cafe which offered us the experience of looking at the beautiful naini lake & lush green mountains from the cafe deck. Evening games offered awesome experience & exciting time with live music in the evening. Only area where improvement could be done is the taste of food. I would like to thank entire staff of naini retreat which was highly courteous & helpful, specially ms. Lakshita who helped us in deciding us the right room for our stay. Will definitely suggest this rooms to my friends, colleagues and family. I will also look forward to visit this place again in future.

Naini retreat is a very beautiful The Naini Retreat By Leisure Hotels with a old world charm as it's a summer palace pilibhit maharaja converted to a The Naini Retreat By Leisure Hotels. The rooms are little small but it was expected as they are being re-purposed from the actual old palace. Only issue with the The Naini Retreat By Leisure Hotels is its on a steep slope and having children and senior citizens with us it gets a little uneasy to go about the property. The The Naini Retreat By Leisure Hotels staff more than makeup for this as they arranged to carry my father on wheelchair to the parking, but it is a hindrance. Else the The Naini Retreat By Leisure Hotels, views, food, service and facilities are top notch. Would definitely love to stay again.

It was a one day resort experience with family. The hospitality was awesome. Snacks, dinner, breakfast, kulhad tea in the exotic beauty of nainital city was simply out of the world experience. They arrange the drawing competition, antakshari, tambola and karaoke for the entertainment of their guests which we truest enjoyed with the family. There is a walkway down to mall road which is 600m away from the The Naini Retreat By Leisure Hotels. Hotel gives complimentary drop and pick up rides to mall road till 9. 30 which is simply great for the families having kids and senior citizens. Must come place for all if in nainital. Jai naina maa.

Excellent and comfortable stay in naini retreat for a group. Food was awesome. View of mountains from the room is heavenly. They have pick up and drop to mall road which is another plus for the travellers. Location is very nearby to major sight seeing places in nainital. Overall we enjoyed our 3 days of stay in naini retreat and will come back again in future

Overall good property. Good food. View from the property is excellent. However it is the first property which i have stayed in which charges for a bucket of ice. Rs 200- for a bucket. They must be in a loss.

Overall a good stay. But there were some things which could be better. Room was too small for the price. It was uncharacteristic of restaurant staff to try to force us to sit inside because they didn’t/couldn’t/“weren’t allowed” to serve outside on the deck which is the prime spot of the property. Thankfully, the manager intervened and it all turned out to be a non-issue. Quite surprising. Hearing “no” for a simple request was a first for me and it did leave a bad taste though, tarnishing the experience a bit. Rest, property was nice, well-kept and charming.

Though including taxes (and breakfast + dinner) i have been charged rs per day, i have no regret at the endo of my stay. This space is worth and the room i got is also worth of the expenses made.

I went here with my family for the weekend getaway. I had a great family time. Our room had a private terrace with the most serene view. It was calming yet thrilling. My grandmother’s favourite was the balcony. The furniture is so aesthetic and you’ll find bliss in almost every corner. They’ve games like tam-bola for fun & bonding. Highly recommended

It was an amazing property with a very colonial vibe. The food was extremely good although certain famous items need to be pure booked. Breakfast covered regional items from west north and south.

Rooms are very small and not upto the mark, needs maintenance, bathroom fittings are too old and could be kept better

Very nice The Naini Retreat By Leisure Hotels, visited in july, lovely weather, beautiful surroundings. Werth coming and staying, no hockey- poch, calm and quiet. Very near to mall road, have pick and drop facility. We enjoyed our stay.
