1. The location of the hotel is good, but we were given a room in the basement. While booking the Deluxe room, we had requested for a higher floor room with river view. Why were we not informed that deluxe rooms are in basement? This was disappointing. 2. Breakfast was average, but lunch was terrible. The outcome was that we decided not to have any meals there. Very disappointing. 3. While booking we had requested for check-in at 11 am. But we were only allowed check-in at 1 pm. Again very disappointing.

I had booked for one night stay here. the property is right on the banks of ganga river just opposite parmarth Ashram. parking was sufficient. icing on the cake was the management had upgraded me to the best room available. room was lavish, cozy, comfortable and clean. the bath tub too was functional and clean. service was prompt. though the food options in room service menu were limited but it made up for the fact that the food was tasty with sufficient quantity. the breakfast spread was also good. all in all it was a very good stay. Will surely visit the place again when am in rishikesh.
