The Neeraj Palace Near Ganga

Stay at neeraj palace, rishikesh was great. Booked a last minute deal for my parents who found the place very comfortable. There is no lift and the manager was kind enough to accommodate them in the first floor despite it being a last minute / walk in booking. They even went the extra mile in negotiating with local transport / cab besides guiding on how to get the best of rishikesh during their stay.

Rooms are very neat and clean. Staff are courteous. All the emenities are available at all the times. Stayed here with family. This is safe. Ganga river is very near and triveni ghat is easily approachable. We recommend to stay & enjoy the journey hassle-free. Foods are very hygienic and price is affordable.

The The Neeraj Palace Near Ganga was very neat. Room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and the food was excellent. It's on the main road and easily accessible to triveni ghat and ram jhula. I would definitely come back to this The Neeraj Palace Near Ganga next year.

The staff was helpful and proactive. The rooms were clean. Bathroom had hot water 24*7. Room service was quick and effective. They have an extensive food menu. Food quality was good. I would definitely visit the property again on my next visit to rishikesh.

Nice location (just walking distance to triveni ghat'n market area, restaurants, etc) food hygiene( really good in taste n well maintained hygiene) cleanliness is maintained staff is very supportive especially mr nitin for the guidance and support.

Just down the road from Rishikesh main attractions, but the Rishikesh traffic makes this short journey painful Price of the place makes up for this, however. I think it is more for Indian tourists than foreign
