Need to Improvement for Maintenance

the stay was amazing and the service was excellent

Price is too high for this hotel stay. Too much noise inside the hotel due to road in front of hotel. Not providing dental kit very shock.

The team handling is very polite. Calm and silence place. I felt very comfortable to stay in this hotel

I need the gst invoice from the hotel. But they are not ready to give. They said that you will get from make my trip. But that invoice is from gurgaon. Gst also from there. But my company asked about the tn gst invoice. Am working on reliance retail ltd

Ok Room. No cleaning service available on Saturday/Sunday. Food we need to order from outside. reception was there on reach and allowed late check in

The location is wrong and the hotel is filled with mosquitos. The room is ok but not suitable for families

The staffs were so helpful especially the manager. Wifi was so terrible once we go out or electricity goes we'll have to again ask the concerned person to get the wifi login details. If it's happening after 9Am then we have to wait till 7Pm to get the details. Wifi speed is good only. Anyone having WFH shouldn't prefer their wifi as it's not reliable. The room and washroom are full of cockroaches. So they use cockroach tablets everywhere if you keep your things including dress, food etc all those will be getting that smell. They do cleaning on daily basis, replace the sheets and towels but the towels was so smelly. The rooms are small but good only. Overall experience is average. For this price it's too costly.

Good stay but could have been excellent with own food arrangement. Only diffulty is even for tea etc you need to go out.

Google map location is incorrect, on location it’s showing 4. 7 km from katapadi station but actually it is more then 10km and location setup is wrong place, when i reached to location by map they are saying it is different place and due to non refundable rule i have to go their, very terrible experience

These people they speak only their local language. Don't understand what we say or required. Keep heater for warm water shital the time. Don't provide even tea, cofee in morning forget about bf. One has to go down in crowded area for bf. Horrible i will not recommend it for any one

Superb stay in vellore. Great hospitality

It was my official trip to The Vellore. The location was peaceful and beautiful as well. The room was comfortable and spacious with modern amenities. The cleanliness and facilities were super. The staff was also so humble and cooperative. Must recommend The property to others.
