Regarding your remarks: Location: Our hotel is situated on a gently sloped road, which is easily accessible by car and two-wheelers alike. Many guests have found the approach convenient and safe. Cleanliness: All rooms and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. No record of any cleanliness complaint was found during your stay. Service and Check-in: Our check-in policies are standard and clearly communicated at the time of booking. We do accommodate early check-ins whenever possible, but only when rooms are available. Food: Our kitchen team prepares all meals fresh to order, which may take a few extra minutes during busy hours , this ensures quality and hygiene for every guest We take all feedback seriously, but it’s important that reviews reflect genuine experiences. We would like to address a few points: Staff Behavior & Charges: Our team is trained to be courteous and transparent. We do not charge extra for basic services like room cleaning unless additional services are specifically requested. If any misunderstanding occurred during your stay, we sincerely apologize, but no such charges were recorded during your booking. Promised Facilities: All amenities mentioned in your booking are provided as per listing. If you faced any issue, it would have been helpful to bring it to our attention during your stay so we could have resolved it on the spot. Food Timings: We clearly mention our kitchen timings in our property description. Post 10 PM, like most hill station properties, our kitchen closes due to local restrictions and staff shifts. Location: Our property is located slightly uphill, which is common in scenic hill areas. We welcome genuine reviews
