I forgot my double blanket over there..approx its been 50 days till now.. first they said they will return in 2-3 days ..now its been 50 days they are not even responding.. They don’t even know how to deal with the clients..that blanket was as a memory to me ..it was very special to me.. but the property owner & staff is not picking calls ....i also told them i ll pay extra amount for all the delivery and labour charges ..but they are not responding....

Room was excellent and was above expectations, view was great from the room and all the necessities were available. There were a lot of stairs that we have to climb to reach the room and to reach mall road from there.

Nest studio bhk apartment is not maintained. Very old construction. Not fully cleaned. Even daily cleaning was not done by the care takers

Amazing stay. Very cosy. You can cook your own food - all facilities available for the same. Direct view to the lake from the room. The caretaker is extremely helpful especially negi ji.

This property is at a steep rise. Not an easy hike for unhealthy and impossible for 60. There is no room service. You get an open kitchen. You have to cook for yourself. No shops around this property. However the view is good from all the rooms. Hotel staff pankaj and ujjwal are very helpful.

Location of the property is 200mtr from parking & 300 mtrs from mall road, this doesn’t allow free & multiple visits to mall road around lake. Property lacks their own pantry & minimum of 45 minutes req for food delivery with 120 delivery charges per order. Though property is nice but not recommended for someone who wish to roam around the place. Staff is nice and humble.
