The Nexus Hotel

We had booked 2 rooms at this The Nexus Hotel and the rooms were very clean. The The Nexus Hotel is 3 kms away from the Helipad and 5-6 kms from Banganga. They picked us up from the Katra railway station to the The Nexus Hotel . The The Nexus Hotel people were very courteous in their service and were prompt on things. The toilets and the beds were super clean. Out of the 2 rooms, one rooms geyser was not working and hence no hot water. There were frequent power cuts at the The Nexus Hotel , but the generator would get turned on, except for the geyser. The reception guys co-operated very well with us and also helped us find a safe taxi at 11.30 pm in the night back to Jammu, although at a little higher cost. You have a few dhabas outside the The Nexus Hotel on the main road which are the OK-OK types. We didn't try the The Nexus Hotel 's restaurant for lack of time. Would definitely recommend this The Nexus Hotel to other people.

Well, overall experience was good if Hotel works on Feedback then it's 101% Recommendable Hotel needs to improve on WiFi Range Issue as WiFi was not working on our Room , TV Cable Channels were not working fine as we viewed under 80% Blur Limited Food Menu options in Hotels in-house Restaurant thanks, MakeMyTrip.

Stayed there with 11 friends and we have booked 4 rooms. During check in they upgraded our rooms from deluxe to superior rooms. All rooms are very neat and clean with all basic amenity. Reservation executive was very very supportive and provided immediate response whatever we requested. Also they support us in extending our stay for 2 hours without any charges. Overall a good stay and value for money.

We stayed here for the second time. I highly recommend nexus as go to The Nexus Hotel in katra. It's location is good access of public convence. Peaceful place with very helpful staff. They understand the difficulty of devotee while darshan and support a lot. Our stay was extended a few hour because we were too tired. Breakfast is good rooms are spacious and clean. You can trust this place.

A must visit property if you are looking for a clean and hygienic stay in katra. 10 min walking distance from katra bus stand and railway station. Hygienic and clean rooms polite staff clean washroom spacious rooms 24*7 hot water it can be a start review experience if they provide almirah in the room

Had a great time, management is good, staff is humble and available 24/7. Rooms are spacious and clean. Facilities are good. Parking is small but manageable. Free pick and drop facility is available. Close to Railway station. Completely worth staying @The Nexus . @Nexus team Doing a great job!

Good and spacious rooms, and nearby location from Katra railway station and main Katra market. Clean and comfortable bed, washroom was also clean. Food also available but not tried, AC and non-AC rooms were available. They provide pick and drop facility from the station.
