The hotel was not hygienic enough.Staff was not giving a much good hospitality and not good in interaction. Even being a 3 star the hotel should have given a decent hospitality as hospitality depends on the staff and how you treat your guests not with a tag whether a 4 star or 5 star. The tea we ordered, the cups were so dirty with tea stains nobody was clearly responding what will be there in breakfast. Food was of very average quality, location was convenient. The staff was not friendly enough to address any general queries there was only 1 boy who helped us rest other when we enquired about breakfast they gave such unprofessional reply no information on what all is there in breakfast cups were so dirty with tea stains. Sugar was as if from how many days it has been kept in water.

The rooms were not cleaned and very poor facility were provided. No pick and drop service were provided and we were asked to pay for same. The rooms were not sanitized.

My stay was pathetic...hotel is extreme unhygiene...service is very poor..please dont stay here....

worst service experienced in my entire trip with make my trip .Staffs behaviour was just horrible. Only two staff were there in the hotel , one at reception and other at the kitchen. They simply denied complementary brakefast, after which they insisted on taking food of their desire. Reception and kitchen had different menu. Soap ,shampoo and other basic amenity was not offered.kitchen was untidy.Early check in was upfrontly denied . It appeared that no management like thing exists there.Reception was being handled by completely unprofessional person.

This hotel is the great option for stay in katra in terms of basic needs and good food , and the helpers are also very good in nature. If they ensure their cleanliness as well it will be a perfect option for any tourist. Thank you

I have not stay their for single night

As we wanted to stay at Katra in a reasobly priced accomodation that too nearby marrket yet away from road side noise/sounds, Hotel Nexus was a good choice thru Makemytrip. Our plan was inclusive of Breakfast and it went well. Provided Room was normal with no tea/coffee making arrangents and normal drinking water was provided regularly. Geyser in bathroom gave hotwater 7x24 hrs. Had a 32" LCD panel and was changes within reasonable time as it was not working. Rooftop had a very cleary amd through view of Katra city and Trikut parvat where Ardhkuwari can be seen clearly. overall a good hotel with quality service for an ecomonical price. There is option to hv you breakfast/meals either in room or the dinning hall in basement. A dedicated DEG is to provide backup in case of power failure, but could not be used due to blackout in Katra.

The stay was decent and peaceful But the only problem was that the room was given on the ground floor.

The deluxe room was good but hotel people has set television after our check in at the hotel and the charger point in the room was not working. The food was yum but the kitchen man was not properly managed to serve the guest at the hotel in the kitchen (Due to shortage of manpower).

Worst experience ever.... The location is not good, it was in a narrow lane... Food was not good... Foul smell in Washrooms... Beds are so dirty with lots of stains n hairs. No furniture and only one almirah was there which was so dirty We couldn't complete our stay and have to leave for another options

Our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. There was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival, and the geyser was leaking. Instead of offering another room, the staff took nearly three hours to fix it, which was exhausting after a long journey. The food was a mixed experience—while the aloo paratha and tea were good, the French fries were burnt and excessively oily. Additionally, the hotel provided no assistance with cab bookings or other basic services. Overall, not a great experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

property is good. but its far from main market. staff are quick in service. food is good. they also provide cab service to any place with minimal rates.

Reception person was good and helpful. As per price room was good. But in winter room heating facility was missing. Some room heating facilities should be provided.

Good hotel. Location is also fine. Food is also good. Blankets were. Very warm. Washroom were clean but tub can be cleaned and needs viper in the washroom
