The Nishat BOHO

No car parking, too many stairs to reach hotel, no coliee, service. Money do not refund as per complaints.

After seeing this hotel we didn't check in there too much stairs and terrible atmosphere. Very bad experience.

1 hour walking distance no baggage pickup service no food even tea monkey will take your belongings (no warning) only staff behaviour is good

The property is at walking distance from the mall road so it was super convenient for me. The room was spacious and it had clean and hygienic washroom. Staff behaviour was super kind and helpful, safety standards were also maintained. The food which i had ordered through room service was delicious as well. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near mall road and are looking for budget friendly property.

Really loved our stay. We were senior citizens and the staff helped us so much. They arranged the porter and even guided us till mall road. Food was tasty and the mountain views are amazing.

I travel-led with my family(wife n baby. Location had ruined my whole plan. Parked car in down hills and then took 100 steps of stairs to reach hotel with my 4 bag of luggage. Not even hotel provided any support for luggage. Hotel staff was polite but not that much active n supportive. Overall 3/5 rating

It is horribly shady. Pix are not any close to the original condition of rooms and hotel. Insects everywhere. No toiletries. Bed linen are all dirty. Staff was drunk n high. I checked in at 10 pm and checked out at 8 in morning. Water glasses were dirty. Complained about everything to hotel management. Room actual cost should not be more then 500 a night.

The location is remote which is not mentioned in the description. There was a stench in the rooms. The bed linen wasn't clean.

Family room is good, clean and adequately lighted. Location is good - near to kali bar i and mall. However, access point of the hotel is not convenient. No car access the hotel. You have to walk down 10 to 15 minutes from ag chowk. Better ask the hotel manager to send their porter to ag chowk to guide you to the hotel. Hotel manager is helpful.

they don't provide any service, room is not clean washroom is not working properly. The staff is rude & not helpful.

That was a good stay. Hotel staff were friendly and co-operative. No charging point near bed. Overall that was a good experience.
