A complete poor hotel managed poorly

Shabby rooms and bedding. Unreachable by car. Within dark and dingy by lanes of Pahargunge. No hot water 24 hours. A boiler is switched on in the morning only. Cramped rooms. Not cleaned even properly. A typical half an stay hotel for usage of toilets only. Would definitely not suggest for standard families or even up scale boarders.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. Here is my honest feedback to help others decide: Pros: Location: Very close to the New Delhi Railway Station (NDLS). Hygiene: The hotel is neat and clean. Service: The staff behavior is very polite and helpful. Food: In-house food facility is available. Cons: Accessibility: The hotel is slightly off the main road inside a narrow lane. Cabs/Cars cannot reach the hotel entrance directly; you have to walk a short distance to catch a cab. Connectivity: There is a significant mobile network issue inside the rooms. However, free Wi-Fi is available to manage communication. Apart from the narrow lane and network issues, everything else was perfect. If you can overlook these two factors, it is a good place to stay for families.

The Hotel doesn't seems to be a 4 Star Hotel Cant understand why it is rated 4 star Location was good, but with very narrow approach road. Towels are not clean TV remote was not working properly and also not changed on request

it is just near to New Delhi railway station, Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staffs and their service was very good. The room I booked that was not sufficient for three persons, so they gave us an updated room with three beds.
