Excellent location of the The Oak Plaza @ New Delhi and very easy to locate. In a crowded area like paharganj this property has a private, secured parking space for your vehicle. Proactively the security guard came to receive us from the cab and helped us with our luggage. The reception staff too was quite warm and friendly with the welcome and quickly allotted us the room although ours was a bit early check in. The The Oak Plaza @ New Delhi's ambience is nice although one might find the lobby small. But anyway one doesn't have to stay in the lobby; it is the room where you stay and room was nice, spacious, well lit and facing the main road. All toiletries were provided very proactively by the The Oak Plaza @ New Delhi staff. Food as well was great and in room dining service too was quick. They made our early morning check out very convenient and easy and the security guard assisted with hailing and auto and finalising a reasonable fare with the auto driver. Overall it was a great experience with spacious and hygienic rooms, 24 hours hot and cold tap water and friendly and polite staff.

Everything about the The Oak Plaza @ New Delhi was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and courteous. Location is convenient, although a bit chaotic. Room, though small, is comfortable for a short stay, and has all basic facilities. There could be more variety in the breakfast menu, though, so that, if opted for along with the room rent, the additional charges are truly justified.

My stay in delhi was upto the expectations. Nice comfortable room with good amenities and tasty breakfast. Staff behaviour was very polite. Nearest metro station is new delhi and rk ashram metro station. Will prefer staying in this The Oak Plaza @ New Delhi at a prime location in paharganj whenever i visit delhi.

Good stay property for family on main road. Easy to travel nywhr. Neraby The Oak Plaza @ New Delhi doers a good veg restaurant darbar. Room service was also good only d utensils used for tea were dirty n i had complained for it. Hope dey change it. Over all good room size n good stay

We had a stay for 3 days. One thing to say that the service, staffs and cleanliness of the rooms were excellent. The food was delicious too. Room cleaning service was good too. At last, i want to conclude that the management was up to the mark in the supervision of mr. Ashok kapoor.
