Excellent location of the The Oak Plaza @ New Delhi and very easy to locate. In a crowded area like paharganj this property has a private, secured parking space for your vehicle. Proactively the security guard came to receive us from the cab and helped us with our luggage. The reception staff too was quite warm and friendly with the welcome and quickly allotted us the room although ours was a bit early check in. The The Oak Plaza @ New Delhi's ambience is nice although one might find the lobby small. But anyway one doesn't have to stay in the lobby; it is the room where you stay and room was nice, spacious, well lit and facing the main road. All toiletries were provided very proactively by the The Oak Plaza @ New Delhi staff. Food as well was great and in room dining service too was quick. They made our early morning check out very convenient and easy and the security guard assisted with hailing and auto and finalising a reasonable fare with the auto driver. Overall it was a great experience with spacious and hygienic rooms, 24 hours hot and cold tap water and friendly and polite staff.

Everything about the The Oak Plaza @ New Delhi was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very professional, greets you well, safety features around and it's not less than a reputed star The Oak Plaza @ New Delhi, i mean all basic and important facilities are provided and they are up to the mark.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and courteous. Location is convenient, although a bit chaotic. Room, though small, is comfortable for a short stay, and has all basic facilities. There could be more variety in the breakfast menu, though, so that, if opted for along with the room rent, the additional charges are truly justified.

We had a stay for 3 days. One thing to say that the service, staffs and cleanliness of the rooms were excellent. The food was delicious too. Room cleaning service was good too. At last, i want to conclude that the management was up to the mark in the supervision of mr. Ashok kapoor.

The The Oak Plaza @ New Delhi is very nice. Location is very good. Very neat and comfortable rooms. We had breakfast included and it was really good. I booked it for the second time too and am planning to stay there whenever in delhi. Staff is courteous and cooperative.

Hotel location is near to railway station surrounding are buzy but any time transportation is available to visit required place. Food quality is appreciable and The Oak Plaza @ New Delhi service is also nice. Room are available as per need and cleaning is good.
