The Oaktree House

We went as a couple and booked the suite which was supposed to be the best room. The room had another room attached to it the door of which was closed. Smoking in rooms is allowed so the people in other room were constantly smoking and the smell was travel-ling in our room completely. When asked to change the room they said the The Oaktree House is completely booked. The top room technicaly should not have an adjoining room. Also, in the name of sanitization they only have a spray bottle of col-in with virex that they spray in the room instead of a proper sanitization machine. The washroom was not good as shown in the picture. The food served in breakfast was also average and was on order instead of a buffet. The location from mall road is also far you either need to take a cab which charged 100rs one side or you need to take your car to the parking which is around 15-20 mins far. It's better to look for other The Oaktree House s on mall road in this price.

Stayed here with my family. Check-in was really quick and smooth. Rooms were quite spacious with good ventilation. The amazing quality of furnishings used everywhere. Bed size was ample to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. Balconies have a view to die for. Kudos to The hospitality shown by Varun and Deepram. They were always on their toes to fulfill our demands. Once again thanks to team oak tree House. Few suggestions though. Bathroom size is alright, however, The bathing cubicle is really small. It should be bigger. Hotel inclusions say parking available however they should clearly mention that it is outside The property. Not that I had any problem but felt it was not safe to Park on The Road. Breakfast tasted good however should have some more variety.

The views from this The Oaktree House are perhaps the best you can get in shimla. If you want the best of shimla minus the crowd this is a great The Oaktree House . It is not just the location what you get is awesome boutique experience. Warm service of Bhagat ram ji. And the food, though might be less in variety, is amazing taste and quality. It is about 2 km from the ridge. Very walk-able. But staff can arrange taxi if you need. What should improve- bathroom area could be better. It is clean but not thoughtful. Toiletries are minimal. They don't provide moisturiser. We forgot to carry ours and had to buy one at Shimla.

Oaktree is new, fresh, beautiful but experienced. They do everything with care - The Oaktree House decor, room design, fresh food and a humble staff (special mention for Bhagatram’s courteousness). They’ll also arrange transport for you at a reasonable price so that you don’t miss out on any points of interest. The mall road is at a walking distance but the best part is that Oaktree House is away from the doldrum of market, which is definitely a plus. If you’ve not already booked, then let me tell you that all rooms come with a balcony and gorgeous views.

The The Oaktree House is situated perfectly, not too close to the crowded area and not too far either. The breakfast and dinner was excellent with wide variety of choices and the wait staff kept ensured you are well fed. The staff working there, Bhagatram and Bhimram, who basically worked from morning to night were very courteous, pleasant and quick in the service. They both go above and beyond. I would recommend this place.

Mr Singh and his assistant at The Oaktree House made our stay memorable, they put in every effort to make you feel at home. They are all-rounder. They manage kitchen. House keeping etc. Rooms have ac s. Balcony with smile city view. Neat clean lobby restaurants. Loved the taste of food. They serve you steaming hot. Approachable to mall road. Situated next to radius jass lower bar are road smile.

my stay at oak tree was amazing, the staff was very helpful and polite, food is very tasty, location is just wow, i would suggest everyone to stay at this place especially those who are looking for a peaceful stay away from city noise i would like to visit again and would like to stay at oak tree house only 😍😍. now u r annoying ur customers, i have already shared the review what else u want

Very cute boutique The Oaktree House situated walking distance away from the hustle and bustle of mall road. Great for couples looking for a romantic getaway. Highly professional and caring staff who will make you feel at home specially mr Bhagat ram who even clicked pictures for us. Would recommend to everyone.

This is one of the best experience which I ever had. The The Oaktree House was great and location was very nice. Food was nice and especially the service by Deepa Ram was great.
