I had the pleasure of staying in the premier room and i can confidently say it was one of the best hospitality experiences i’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, the professionalism and kindness of the staff were apparent. Every query or concern we raised was addressed with efficiency and warmth, making us feel truly valued as guests. Although the rooms were slightly smaller than i had initially expected, the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They graciously accommodated my request to decorate the room for my wife’s birthday, adding thoughtful touches that exceeded our expectations. To our delight, they even surprised us with a complimentary cake, which was both delicious and incredibly considerate. What stood out most was the consistent kindness and helpfulness of every single staff member we encountered. The oberoi lives up to its 5 star reputation in all aspects of the stay. Right from our entry to our exit, the staff ensured that we were accommodated well and our stay was satisfactory. We wanted a relaxing staycation and the oberoi was the best choice. With the in room bathtub, we spent a good time relaxing and enjoying the amenities. Coming to the property their walk area is filled with different plants and they have a waterfall also made which adds to the natural sounds through the lawn. The rain tree on which the oberoi is built stands tall and provides the wonderful ambience in the lawn. Coming to the food, there is nothing i can say was lacking, all cuisines and fruits of topmost quality was served. Hats off to the chef! more importantly thanks to the front office staff who accommodated our request to be near to the elevator and ensured we had an amazing time.

My stay at the oberoi, bangalore, was exceptional in every way. The serene setting, amid-st lush gardens and tranquil surroundings, provided a perfect escape from the city’s hustle. Whether it was the attention to detail, the warmth of the service, or the stunning ambiance, every aspect contributed to a truly memorable stay.

Few points are need to improve like room was extra clean but balcony was not, every corner there was black spot and lots of dust so not feeling good to sit in balcony. Swimming pool need to improve according to standard, that was not oberoi standard. Not feeling to sit near swimming pool itself. Except that everything we like and enjoyed. Staff was very polite and good sense to handle everything. Mahesh who was garden caretaker really good man and did his job very well as garden maintenance was very nice.

An absolute delight! one of the best The Oberoi, Bengalurus i have ever stayed in. A quiet, green oasis in the heart of a bustling megapolis. Comfortable rooms and spacious bathrooms. Nice outdoor pool. Functional gym with friendly coaches. Excellent service all around, attention to detail. Strongly recommended.

The oberoi offers excellent service, but the luxury rooms are surprisingly small, which doesn’t align with expectations for a premium experience. Additionally, the breakfast spread was limited and lacked variety, which could use improvement to enhance the overall stay. ”

The rooms are small but cozy. Food is good but they take a lot of time to serve the food. The property is maintained properly and the staff really listens to your concerns.
