The rating needs to be 7 stars. Special thanks to the hospitality and courteous attitude of all the staff. You are treated as maharajas and maharanis. Since it was our 25th anniversary and on actual dates, we could not travel hence making our program now to visit the best-known The Oberoi Amarvilas in the entire north. Our stay was wonderful, service a+ class accompanied with delicious and yummy food. Special thanks to: Mr. Dhiraj, who was our host at dinner and made it very special. He personally arranged for the authentic "panchi petha, which my family loved it. Mr. Akash, f&b manager. The dishes served by him were fabulous and made our day. A very down-to-earth person. Mr. Sourabh, the main chef, personally came over to discuss the dishes we wanted and made sure we got the best and we loved them all. a very sweet chap. Missed names but all the female staff they were all extremely courteous and nice and ms. Apoorva, booking manager, personally came to see us off. The durbans, drivers, room service staff etc are all very courteous. The list is long but have never experienced this kind of hospitality ever. Now we know why oberoi is preferred by all and given such good rating, it deserves it. You need to experience it.

We have visited the oberio's property first time and it was ultimate experience we had, before booking this property i had checked reviews of amarvilas and mostly reviews are of long para and i don't believe how people can write so much about The Oberoi Amarvilas but yes after visited i realized its worth writing any para on this property. There services are like smooth like anything gestures of every people were so welcoming with smile on there face and they do best in service what they can do. I feels so grateful to visited property like this, along with this there food was also so awesome not even a single dish you can say is not good. There presentation of food is also very awesome, every staff of property starting from ground to higher level are so greetful and welcoming, inf-act the way there manager behaved with ground staff is also very good. They treat people like atithi devo bhavaa. Special thanks to raghav he is a gem, thanks for your gift raghav will remember this for lifetime, and nikhil also you handling was also too good. A Grand welcome and smiling staff. Monica welcomes, Harshit took care of other needs and the lady at The Tijori shop were at the top of their game. Loved the welcome drink sparkling peach and the cotton block print bath robes in the room. Also the sweet raw papaya pickle at the restaurant Esphahan. Would be nice if they gave little complimentary treats and goodies that guests really enjoyed at the The Oberoi Amarvilas, like robes and special Agra sweets like paan petha or pickle or any food or treats that stand out to the guests compliments from the chef. Loved the fountains and the gardens with calm relaxing soothing music in the background and incense sticks everywhere. Lovely The Oberoi Amarvilas to be around. Just wind up and relax.

No one does hospitality like Oberoi! I made a short birthday trip to Agra in June and my stay was nothing less than surreal. I was hosted by Nikita who made the entire trip with her constant effort and dedicated team so hospitable and lovely. We were regularly spoiled and absolutely taken care of with the utmost kindness. Chef Rajiv Dhama catered us with the most delicious meals and authentic Mughlai cuisine that I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend this property to the most hassle free stay and magical memories you’d cherish for a lifetime ♥️

The ever proactive servitude and invariable efforts to make the customer stay most convenient and comfortable was the key highlight of this location. We were graciously provided a balcony room despite booking a premiere one, since it was available during our stay. Also our order in delivery was picked up by The Oberoi Amarvilas staff and delivered to our room along with additional cutlery. Desserts were complimentary along with our a-la-carte dinner. Overall very pleasant experience with the property ambience, architecture and staff service.

I had the most amazing stay ! i went for a weekend getaway with my mom. The staff was very warm and ensured our stay was memorable. The location ofcource is the usp of the The Oberoi Amarvilas, with a clear taj mahal view from every room. We loved the showround of the The Oberoi Amarvilas, built beautifully. The food was amazing, the chef personally took care of our special request on particular food items. Overall, we experienced one of the best weekends in a long time.

The The Oberoi Amarvilas was gorgeous, from every point, be it the location, the views, the rooms, the eclectic furniture, but this wasn't the best part of the experience, it was the The Oberoi Amarvilas staff. The staff at the The Oberoi Amarvilas elevated our experience. They were thoughtful, courteous and above all they genuinely cared for the guests happiness.

Had a very nice experience here. Rooms are very nice with taj view balcony. All the amenities here are top notch. People here are very welcoming and very prompt. Will definitely visit again.
