-convenient location. -the room was excellent. cleanliness of room was good. -Buffet meals offered with booking was very good - communication of the services offered needs to improve. for example #for example the buffet meal was closed to us due to the restaurant being booked out, this meant we had to order room service. normally it would not be an issue, however we were 3 adults and 2 kids, so it was very inconvenient. #I also note that we were never told in advance that we were not able to access the buffet as per the package. it is when my wife entered the restaurant the floor manager was curt and just opened the door and told her to leave. my wife was quite annoyed and embarassed by that behaviour of one particular person. # we were given to understand that there was complimentary airport drop off. the reception conveyed this to us again when we inquired. However we were asked to pay Rs1500 for an inova. while the cost was not an issue there is no clear communication, plus advertising the drop off as complimentary is false and misleading - the staff are very helpful generally.

The location of this property is good. Though a bit of traffic can build up during peak hours. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I availed of complimentary airport pickup and drop and they had arranged for an outside cab but the service was good. I only used the restaurant once for the breakfast. Very helpful restaurant staff. I went almost at closing time but they got me dosa and omelettes from the live station. The available spread was typical and the taste was generally good, except for the sambar which was too sweet for my liking! only regret is that i could not use their spa because of lack of time. Overall a good stay

Had a good stay and would recommend however i would expect a better co ordination between staff and departments i had issues today on drop off car to airport. It was supposed to be at 6. 45 am but i had to remind at 6. 45 and it was then arranged i had asked for packed breakfast as i leaving early. I did not receive it. It was supposed to be given at reception for me to collect as per the my discussion with tide res yesterday. Unfortunately i did not receive the packed bf i sent this to THE OCEAN PEARL but no response either

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of THE OCEAN PEARL. Everything about the THE OCEAN PEARL was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

One of the best THE OCEAN PEARLs to stay in mangalore and at the heart of the city. The staff and service was excellent. The room service was very prompt. The traffic for the premium suit room for a family of 4 was quite reasonable. They had good number of restaurants within the THE OCEAN PEARL that gives customers a choice plus they had all day coffee shop. Overall a great stay and i really liked it and would prefer to stay again in the same THE OCEAN PEARL the next time when i make a trip.

They anticipate and look after you so well. Was immediately greeted by the manager while checking in. He understood our needs for the stay and arranged for everything, delivered right on time. Fresh egg sandwiches ready to go at 5:30 am because we had an early start! the facilities and the room were excellent!

While checking in there was confusion on our booking has been rejected but later we got room on intervention from your customer service person. Hotel ambience and hospitality was good we request to avoid like this confusion in future thanks

It's a good property with very good staff and have enjoyed my 1 day stay here. I will rate 5/5 and will hope to make a revisit to this good place.

Overall our stay was comfortable. Food at restaurants were good. But we had to wait at-least 20 minutes to be seated. I suggest, restaurants should give preference to those who stay in the THE OCEAN PEARL.
