THE OCEAN PEARL

Booked a room with triple occupancy. The check in and check out process was smooth and quick. We were allotted a room in 4th floor. The room was spacious and well maintained and fitted with sofa, table, tv, central ac etc. Extra bed was easily accommodated. The washroom was well maintained too and provided with necessary toiletries. Our package included breakfast and one major meal. The buffet breakfast and lunch had adequate veg, non-veg and desert options, the foods were tasty too. All the staffs were courteous and responsive. The THE OCEAN PEARL is situated at perfect location, walking distance from city mall, auto is available at doorstep. The THE OCEAN PEARL seems to be a popular destination for party, consequently THE OCEAN PEARL lobby, lift etc. Become very busy and at times may be inconvenient for in-house guests. The THE OCEAN PEARL provides mosquito repellent, shaving kit and slippers on request. While we had asked for slippers and shaving kit, we didn’t ask for mosquito repellent, which was a mistake, got mosquito bites in the night. Barring this, the stay was satisfactory.

I stayed at the ocean pearl during diwali and my family and i loved the hospitality. A big shoutout to mr. Kiran who helped me repair my car on diwali. This is not even his job and yet he went out of his way to help me get done with the repair when the whole town was on off. Without his help, i would have not been able to get back to bangalore as the headlights were broken. Coming back: 1. The place is located in the heart of the city. All good eateries, places to visit and temples are very nearby 2. Rooms are clean and spacious. 3. No one can replace their hospitality. 4. All their restaurants serve awesome food. Rates are pretty reasonable. 5. The staff knows how to let you be, enjoy and yet approach you at the right moment to extend hospitality. 6. Staff here is really professional. But what's most unique about them is the homely treatment, something that's found in small towns. No big 5-star property can replicate this closeness. Overall, thank you the ocean pearl for making our diwali so colourful.

I stayed with wife and my adult daughter in a delux room for 2 nights. A fold-able extra cot had been provided. Room is spacious, clean and well maintained. Newspaper provided daily as also clean towels, bedsheets and complimentary mineral water. We took breakfast included option with room and the food spread is good with multiple options and good taste. Hotel located centrally in city with easy walkable access to main areas. Food options both veg and non veg avaible in their separate inhouse restauran5s. Very accommodating if you need a bit early checkin or checkout. Polite and cheerful house staff and reception. Definitely my go to place for future visits to mangalore

We stayed here for a day and a night because it was such a great THE OCEAN PEARL. The trip was fantastic in every way. Every restaurant that we dined in served out wonderful fare. The personnel was quite friendly and helpful, especially hithakshi, who was working at reception, alwin, coral dining and sowmya, housekeeping. My wife and son took use of the spa and the salon. They have a high opinion of them in terms of their professionalism. Special shoutout to rahman and rama at spa. If you plan on using electronics from other countries, you should bring along an adaptor to ensure compatibility though the THE OCEAN PEARL provided.

Had a wonderful stay with family at the ocean pearl, mangalore. The rooms were well maintained, clean and hygienic. The staff were very customer friendly and quite helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good, there are also multiple options for food - sagar ratna (veg) where we had most of our meals, coral (multi cuisine) which we found okay for having non-veg food. Hotel is located at the center of the city, walkable from city center malll and quite easy to visit different places.

I stayed for 2 days and was really impressed by the professionalism displayed at the THE OCEAN PEARL. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, additional request for hard pillow was fulfilled immediately. But i would like to especially mention the THE OCEAN PEARL's room service, it was truly great, always on time, with the servers very polite and helpful. Quality of food was very nice. Overall, i would rate my stay a 5 out of 5.

Location was at the centre of the city. The room was very good. The housekeeping and food service was also very good. The food at the restaurant was very good. The facilities provided were very good like swimming pool, spa, gym etc. The overall ambience of the THE OCEAN PEARL was very pleasant. The city centre mall, restaurants and railway station is also nearby. The service provided by the staff is also worth mentioning.

We stayed in the THE OCEAN PEARL for 2 days. We had a early check-in which went very smoothly. The room is spacious yet cozy. Food in the two restaurants are excellent. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had decent spread of various items. Travel desk support in arranging vehicles for sight seeing in and around mangalore was quick and efficient. Overall, highly recommended for stay in mangalore.

Location of this property is in midst of city area which is convenient for stay. Food and services are good.

Property was located at the heart of the city. Food was good and reasonably priced. Spa and salon was great and the staffs were very co operative we had to go for early check in since we reached earlier than expected

Good restaurants, good location, courteous staff. This is one of the best THE OCEAN PEARLs in mangalore for dining. Ambiance and facilities are very good. Pricing of the rooms and restaurant are reasonable in other words it is value for money.

A good THE OCEAN PEARL to stay, location is good, breakfast is limited items and not much changes. Appropriate luxury.

Good access to the city with all amenities provided. All the staff were understanding and friendly. It was a shame that i was not able to try their breakfast, but their restaurant does se re delicious food with reasonable prices.
