Good food, good and supportive staff, excellent hygiene . Easy to locate . 24 hurs running water. very near to Shree Krishna Math

rooms were good only issue restaurant service very slow...they cannot handle rush....our order was delayed beyond 30 mins....rest all is good new property well maintained.

We stayed in the new Ocean Pearl, Times Square Mall in Udupi. Very good staff. Rooms were very well maintained and posh. They are happy to provide you services like auto rikshaw booking proactively. Ample parking space.

It was a very good experience at Hotel Ocean Pearl Times Square Udupi. All the Facilities were top notch including the complimentary Breakfast. Very courteous staff and wonderfully maintained Hotel.

Overall, a pleasant stay with clean and comfortable rooms. The food service was initially a bit uncoordinated, but Mr. Satish Shetty managed it well. Breakfast could be better organized — many items werent mentioned or refilled promptly. A little improvement in the buffet service would make the experience perfect.

Location of the property is prime and was convenient to reach

The stay was comfortable with everything working just fine The service was available It was a mall so restaurants were right below our room so that was a plus point too

Reviews say it is best but my experience found it is average. 1) Hotel is clean and rooms are large 2) Food taste is average and breakfast served in cold conditions. 3) All employees are new do not understand the requests in one go

Had the most amazing stay at Ocean Pearl Times Square. Located right in the heart of Udupi town, it's just 600 metres away from the 13th century temple Krishna Matha. Apart from its prime location, the hotel itself is worth recommending time and again. Hospitable staff, spic and span rooms, top-notch quality housekeeping service and the food needs a separate review to be talked about. Definitely coming back again! :) Thank YOU.

My whole family (5 of us stayed in this hotel with two rooms booked), I would say this hotel has exceeded our expectations, an excellent hotel to stay which is walkable distance from Udupi Sri Krishna temple. High quality rooms which are big, neat and clean. Excellent buffet breakfast spread and the quality and taste is awesome. Buffet dinner had great veg and non veg spread, which are tasty. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Definitely we recommend it

Stay was good, Room was good but water supply was restricted to 2 nos. 500ml bottle, which was very low for 2 people per day. For extra bottles, they asked for charges. The breakfast menu was the same all three days, which was also not good and could have been better if breakfast varieties would have been explored for different days.

Amazing place to stay and I will stay here in future

Hotel is located at very prominent place I.e., Times Square Mall of Udupi. Way to Malpe is on the straight road. Shri Krishna’s Temple is walkable. It takes hardly 5-7 mins to reach Temple. Shopping places is also located just beside the hotel. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Only this is Window of the room is not functional. You can’t see through this. Food at the restaurant is also good and having good variety. Recommended for stay

So, the first thing about the property is it's location - excellent. The staff were courteous and knew their job well. The rooms are well maintained and the Aircon works well. Since it is housed in a large shopping mall....one has access to everything right under your floor - restaurants, banquet hall, cinema, etc. highly recommended.
