The One Hotel

Ya the food is good and service too. Only room no 201 is not that good, among the smallest, irregular water supply and even main door lock not working properly.

I stayed at this hotel last night and really liked the room — it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was also very polite and helpful throughout my stay. Thanks to the MakeMyTrip app, I got the room at a great price. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I’d definitely recommend this place to others!

Breakfast was not ready on both days in the morning. And I did not had it for both day even when I paid for breakfast. I ordered food - the food was both the days soggy - Their ketchup had foul smell even on the next I had asked for they used the same ketchup and nothing was changed. And I had to order from outside.

Hotel location and room was good, however room was not prepared properly toilet items like soap, towels were not there we had to call to get it. Apart from that breakfast was having less items but it was good

Overall fine, but lift was having issues. I was travelling with a senior citizen, sonit got challenging

I booked a presidential room in the hotel, here is what I found:- 1) The faucet in bathroom was leaking and creating a big mess on the floor from a long time (bad maintenance) 2) Bed was very very soft making it really bad to sit or sleep in + the bedsheets were not clean and had spots on it. 3) I changed the room and the other one was a bit better but still not good enough 4) Lift was down on the day we were checking out and even after the call service guy was not there even after 15 minutes and we had to take out luggage down our self from 3rd floor Over all I wont recommend the hotel to anyone.

Location is very good, room condition was also good. food was tasty but observed costlier than some of chains like 7 apple.

what they charged n services they provided was not acceptable. The room was specious and AC working properly other than that nothing like to say.. dirty washroom dirty bedsheets torn blanket.. please don't book a room with breakfast service n management worst..staff is humble but they didn't care for complaints n don't even listen. they justbdo what they wish to do. five elements restaurant is good but room pathetic.

One Hotel in Nashik is located in a convenient location. Apart from the in house restaurant (5 Elements) there are eating options within walking distance. The rooms are good with air-conditioning and fan. The bathroom has 24hrs running hot water. Kettle with tea/coffee kit is provided. Drinking water bottle-2 nos- is only provided on day one. For other days one has to pay for it. The in house restaurant is vegetarian and has good food. Breakfast is buffet and starts at 8am tilll 10 am. They provide about 4-5 options with fresh juice and tea/coffee.

Room service was terrible bad and things which were supposed to be provided were not provided such as tooth brush and shaving kit.
