The Ontime Hotel

Hoteliers didn't provide us the room which we booked for earlier. Only after raising the complaint we were shifted to quite OK room. The food was not at all good and was expensive too. We did raise a complaint to the service guy and the reception but no response from them. Complimentary breakfast was just for name sake. Cold/ freeze d slice breads were kept to go on with butter and jam. Breakfast was just to get that extra points. But was disappointing. We later had to go out to a nearby restaurant to have a better meal location is good. Rooms a too small not watt u see.

The The Ontime Hotel is located at prime business location, prompt service, delicious food but need to improve house keeping and renovate The room furniture as it is very old and lost it's finish and polish. The room provided me was under repair as the door of washroom was not laminated and having plain wood ply having written the dimensions with pencil on the surface. In The early morning, The water was also not flowing in the The Ontime Hotel except hot tap. Hence, it was very much difficult to had bath and getting fresh.

I have stayed at this property almost 7-8 times in the last 2 years. Good thing is, their staff is very old and experienced. The The Ontime Hotel takes care of security, considering they run a bar too but there have been no instances I can complain about. Also, it is situated at a pretty convenient location, 2 minutes from the metro which makes life in Mumbai very easy.

I had connected flight so wanted a room near airport. Location is very near to airport which is an advantage Very nice and Cline The Ontime Hotel, with nice service. Location is near to airport. Metro stain is also near. Furniture condition is not like star The Ontime Hotel. Breakfast is, average, staff also cooperative.

I used mmt many time since last long time and every time a feel good and awesome. This time also it was nice good stay, comfortable stayed, good food, good staff, near to airport and easy transpprtation facility available near The Ontime Hotel. Late night room dining available. Best The Ontime Hotel near to the international airport. Hotel staff are well behaved especially receptionist vipul is very much approachable n helpful guy. I really appreciate him. Clean room, clean toilet, food hygiene. Good part is 24*7 food service n 100% security. Will definitely visit again n again.

Located in prime location and close to airport. Ambience inside the The Ontime Hotel is average but a good The Ontime Hotel to stay at low price. Room is spacious and comfortable for two. Expect some more facilities like free mineral water. Comb is missing in their toiletries kit.

Prime location and good service

The stay was nice, food was not that good, but everything else was wonderful. From make my trip I got this in less amount, otherwise the actual price was above 3000. The service was also proactive and in all it was a good one day stay.

I experienced good, staff are very cooperative, food is very good, location also prime. But i request for early check-in but not allowed.

Awesome experience, nice food and location

Location is very good for international travellers. Resturant good also good. However some time, The Ontime Hotel front executive mislead the customer. For me, airport dropping was free. But they had asked for charge of rs500. 00. I challenged with evidence. They finally agreed.
