The room was spacious enough for 2 people to spend a maximum of 2 to 3 nights. There was a view of the main road, which was adjacent to the The Onyx - Premium Business Hotel, from the sole window in the room. It would have been better if there was a ceiling fan and the window had sliding frames to let some natural air come in. There was only artificial ventilation through air conditioning, which nonetheless was excellent. The mattress on the bed could have been better. The quality and portion size of the food served, which even though was only limited to a variety of vegetarian options, were outstanding. The food, no doubt, is the usp. Overall one can have a pleasant staying experience at this property while on a business trip for 2 3 days.

The overall space in room was good but not quite on level with other luxury suites in similar kind of The Onyx - Premium Business Hotels. Nonetheless the amenities and hospitality was on par with other good The Onyx - Premium Business Hotels. Not sure about the food though, didn’t order any. Price should be reduced by 200-300 for non-luxury suites because it was a very compact room and not worth 2200 inr per night. Overall a great place to stay if considering for 1-3 nights/days.

Room was very much hygienic clean and The Onyx - Premium Business Hotel atmosphere is really awesome, food quality also very tasty but must say one thing staff should be more well trained to welcome the guest and also room service. One more thing must say that full The Onyx - Premium Business Hotel is no smoking zone that's really appreciable and The Onyx - Premium Business Hotel does not service non veg food.

Hotel location is very near to mp mall, bistupur. Hotel is very neat and clean and food quality is very good, staffs behavior is very nice and cooperative but room size is small.
