The OPAL

It is a nice The OPAL with good deluxe rooms. We initially had booked ultra rooms, but they were really small so we upgraded to deluxe rooms. The Opal has good overall facilities. Nice location and helpful staff. Food is also good on a-la-carte basis. The only issue we faced during our 2 nights stay was that the buffet breakfast was exactly the same on both the days, which was quite monotonous and also we could not know whether the preparation was fresh or from the previous day. They should change at least 2-3 items from the menu on daily basis.

I stayed at the opal between 27th- 29th october 2020. Check-in was smooth and quick. Special mention to avneet and deepanshu at front desk who catered to my every request. Hotel has a safe parking within premises. They also have a kids-zone for keeping the kids busy. Breakfast buffet was good though should have a little more variety. Had dinner once and both vegetarian and non vegetarian options were delicious. Overall a very comfy stay.

Every thing is perfect with this The OPAL the only 2 major issue is that when ever power cut off the AC will switch off and you need to on it again and again so that can be manage in day but in night that is quite horrible to do it again and again As light gone multiple times. So you can't sleep smoothly, Secondly the rooms are very small 3-4 people if there in rooms you can stand properly.

It is nicely located The OPAL. Courteous staff and neat and clean room, bathroom. Bathroom's taps need repairs. Food quality is good. But noise of quarrel between staff and coustomer out side the room in the lobby was very disturbing, even at a point it made me afraid of violence. Hotel management must take care of such nuisance. Rest the stay was comfortable.

I think it's the only best The OPAL in the small town of Rampur. Overall nice rooms, great food (we tried Rampuri chicken and other snacks) and courteous staff. Enjoyed our stay. Each room had a spacious balcony, though the view outside was boring. A busy railway line was very close to The OPAL but it's not much of a botheration.

Hotel construction and aesthetics is great. The lobby area, rooms and restaurant are all high quality. All amenities are provided in the room. Food quality in restaurant was average, though service was good. Only downside is the location. Currently a flyover is being made, which makes the last mile as messy as possible.

We stayed here for a night en route from Lucknow to Corbett, and it was a very satisfactory choice. The standard room was a bit small and overpriced, but the deluxe rooms were lovely. We had a comfortable stay. The The OPAL is located about 5km out of Rampur town. The breakfast was very good, and the service excellent.

A good place to stay in rampur, situated on the highway with good food and good services. I wasn't expecting this kind of stay in rampur, food was available even at 12 30 am. I orders butter chicken and paneer Lababdar, food was fresh and hot served at my room. A good and satisfying experience all over.

Room is good. Washroom very small compared to room. Sitting space not sufficient for one Male or female to sit, take Bath and than stand up.

Experience was very good. Staff is very cooperative. Overall good. Please check your plan when you go in some plan breakfast is complementary.

I stay there for a single night. Though The OPAL was in the outskirt but still the ambience was good and hygienic. Room was clean and bed were comfortable. Dining experience was good. Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay. Best budget The OPAL in Rampur.

Best The OPAL available in Rampur. Amenities and aesthetics are wonderful. The quality of food was very delicious. Behaviour of staff in restaurant was very polite. Room service was also admirable. Unexpected in a small city. Complete value for money.

Over All Location and ambience was good but rooms were very small. Food was great but internet connectivity was struggle, can be very good value for money conditioned rooms sizes can be improved. Neat and clean rooms with limited interior, good parking.
