As a married couple, we had a couple of days reservation at THE OPUS- a boutique The Opus Kolkata - A Boutique Hotel, bhawanipur, Kolkata. We booked through MMT platform with some offer coupon codes and it cost us well cheaper than the usual. The place is absolutely fine and well connected with buses, metro and cabs. Early check-in facility available & it is subjected to room availability. We've luckily got early checked-in The room was neat and clean with a comfortable king-sized bed and other enmities. Staffs of reception, room service and security, are well trained and also well-mannered & well-behaved. They also have their own multicuisine restaurant, food they've served was tremendously excellent in taste and also pocket-friendly. Really enjoyed the stay at The OPUS. Must recommend! You'll love it! 💕😎🙏🏻

First coming to the positive reviews: the staff in the The Opus Kolkata - A Boutique Hotel are very good and professional. They are very responsive and helpful with extremely good behaviour. Checkout time liberty is given by almost one hour. The good in the The Opus Kolkata - A Boutique Hotel is very good as per the prices. We tried many dishes and all were good. Room service is also good. Now the negative reviews : the rooms are very small in size. Hardly any space to walk in the room and due to that there are no tables provided. Bathroom is also very small. Walls, bedsheets, are not very clean. Floormat in front of washroom is dirty

Location is good, it is on roadside. Healthy and tasty food. They should increase the variety in breakfast. Very clean and very nice hospitality. I enjoyed my stay. Very close to park street i think just 5 kms away.
The food is hygienic and tasty. They could add some bengali dishes as an outsider all love to try bengali thali. They can add sandwiches, south indian or french fries or add variety to breakfast. The room was super clean, the hospitality was real good. Requests are taken sincerely. I felt size of the washroom was little small. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We stayed at the opus in the executive room for three nights. since we were family of three we found the room a bit too small to our preference but for a two-person occupancy, it would be fine. one thing worth mentioning is the behaviour of staff and management was very polite and accomodating. the advantage of a boutique The Opus Kolkata - A Boutique Hotel was clearly noticeable. The staff, the general ambience and service was all very friendly and warm. Also quality of food was very good and tasty.

I stayed here for a couple of days. The staff were extremely polite and swift in their service. They were very accommodating and the rooms have excellent amenities. They The Opus Kolkata - A Boutique Hotel also has a separate fire exit from their premium rooms. Which is very much an advantage. The The Opus Kolkata - A Boutique Hotel is centrally located and on the main road. My girlfriend like it too, which is very rare from here. She felt safe and relaxed the whole stay.

Service was good, The The Opus Kolkata - A Boutique Hotels staff were really cooperating. To mention it was Souvik, who coordinated seamlessly. Overall nice stay.

Hotel is good, clean, breakfast had no options just one fixed item everyday, dinner which i ordered was awesome but the rooms whichever you take executive or the premium both are very very small. Pricing i would say its highly overpriced. Location is no doubt in the middle of city everything accessible in few minutes. Staff was courteous but the manager did try to harass me with his foolishness.

I had an appointment at hazra crossing, so, i chose this The Opus Kolkata - A Boutique Hotel. I reached there around 10:30 pm, still they were able to serve me a dinner of my choice. Room was nice and comfortable, i slept well and a bit longer. That became possible because of the ambience and the comfort level provided by the The Opus Kolkata - A Boutique Hotel staff.

It was a short stay on a business purpose but what i really liked about them, is their hospitality. The location is excellent, food is decent as well. The only constraint is, the rooms are a bit on the smaller side but are cosy.
